Dear Sir/ Madam

I have applied for BSID on 15-June-2023.
Appointment was on 23-June-2023 for document verification & same day BSID was approved & forwarded for printing.

on 1-July-2023 application status changed to
''Your SID Card is ready and forwarded for dispatch. We will notify you as we dispatched the card.''

Since 1-July-2023 application status is same & my BSID has not been dispatched yet. I require my BSID for further renewal of certificates & joining my next vessel as well.

Requesting you resolve the matter & assist in dispatching my BSID at the earliest.

                My Self Arun kumar, My CDC application number is SMO(M)/2023/22278777, I did not receive my speed post tracking number (dispatch details) yet & it has taken too much time (approved date) of application.

After that query has been raised 0n 05/07/2023 regarding passport immigration And immigration are uploaded as per the query on 05/07/2023.                         Card is issued and Details are as follows :

                        SID Status : valid .

                        Date of Issue : 12/27/22

                        The application still showing send for printing. Its over 6 months and I haven’t received my card.

                                      I had applied for CDC on 21 June 2023 and it's status is still showing under verification process for last 35 days. I have tried contacting DG shipping via phone calls and emails but both are not being attended.
                                      I am really helpless at this point as I need my CDC asap.
