      Please dispatch my BSID card I have a joining next week

      I am applied[protected]. Its still show forward and printing. It's already 2 months finished show same status. And after 10 days showing ready and forward for dispatch but still not dispatched. And last friday status was changed to bsid card dispatch given address. Em[protected]in. But can't tracking bsid card. I asking indian post on this issue they said. The parcel was not booked. Only barcode give the client in advance. Onve they...

        SUBJECT: i am writing this complaint to request your attention for delay delivery of SID CARD (no:C[protected] which i have applied on 07th june 2023 at Mangalore MMD office.

        i have applied for SID card and provided bio-metric in DGS office Mangalore and successfully completed all the procedures.
        It is showing that it will be dispatched from last one month.
        Please look into this matter as soon as possible, as longer it takes the longer will be the delay for my voyage.

            I have completed my STCW COURSES on 2018 from Suraksha Marine Vasai and when I go to apply for India Cdc it shows STCW courses not uploaded by institute
            Please let me know the solution

            Suraksha marine is not helping to resolve the issue

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              I have applied for BSID on 15-June-2023.
              Appointment was on 23-June-2023 for document verification & same day BSID was approved & forwarded for printing.

              on 1-July-2023 application status changed to
              ''Your SID Card is ready and forwarded for dispatch. We will notify you as we dispatched the card.''

              Since 1-July-2023 application status is same & my BSID has not been dispatched yet. I require my BSID for further renewal of certificates & joining my next vessel as well.

              Requesting you resolve the matter & assist in dispatching my BSID at the earliest.

                                    Card is issued and Details are as follows :

                                    SID Status : valid .

                                    Date of Issue : 12/27/22

                                    The application still showing send for printing. Its over 6 months and I haven’t received my card.
