Unable to reschedule my SID card appointment as it is showing application is under process kindly help me out in this matter...

Please note that my SID card dispatched on 22nd July with correct pincode (209801) for its destination however it was delivered on 25th July at wrong address in Jhunjhunu H.O. Despite complaining to India post, I did not receive my SID card.

I applied for my SID card on June 14 2023. On checking the status it shows that My SID card is dispatched for delivery. However, the tracking number provided was not showing any details about my SID...

My Indian CDC application status was "application submitted" for one whole month and now it has changed to "under process" as of 11/08/2023. The application was Submitted online to SMO (Mumbai) and the application number is SMO/2023/259665.
Because of the delay in this process I am unable to apply for the Port Visa and my joining date to the vessel is due in 15 days.
