It has been almost 1 & half month saying on the site Your SID card is in dispatch process once dispatched we will inform you.

I got an error code from your server after i uploaded my documents as follows "servletexception in:/jsp/seafarer/cdc/formaapplicationstatus. Jsp] null'". I unable proceed further regarding my cdc application status. So i kindly request you to look after this error and help us to proceed further. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

My SID no. K33709388 was issued on 30/06/2023 at the Kolkata shipping master office. It has been printed and awaiting dispatch since then.My joining date is very nearest once i get i can join the ship.

My CDC application is approved since 7th August 2023 but not dispatched yet. It's been more than 10 days now. My ship joining date is approaching fast. On visiting the office I was assured that it'll be dispatched on last Monday, but it's already Thursday and it hasn't been dispatched yet. Kindly assist in dispatching it as soon as possible so that it'll be possible for me to join the ship.

I applied for my SID card on June 14 2023. On checking the status it shows that My SID card is dispatched for delivery. However, the tracking number provided was not showing any details about my SID

My Indian CDC application status was "application submitted" for one whole month and now it has changed to "under process" as of 11/08/2023. The application was Submitted online to SMO (Mumbai) and the application number is SMO/2023/259665.
Because of the delay in this process I am unable to apply for the Port Visa and my joining date to the vessel is due in 15 days.
Please do have a look as I need to apply for SID as well as the Port visa and now I am worried cause of the time sensitivity prior to my joining.
