i applied for cdc in june 24/2023 but still status is under process .i have to joining next month please dispatch my cdc as soon as possible

It has been over 50 days since I applied for the CDC, and despite my efforts to check for updates on the DG Shipping Portal, I have not received any information regarding the progress of my application.

SUBJECT: i am writing this complaint to request your attention for delay delivery of SID CARD (no:C[protected] which i have applied on 07th june 2023 at Mangalore MMD office.

i have applied for SID card and provided bio-metric in DGS office Mangalore and successfully completed all the procedures.
It is showing that it will be dispatched from last one month.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible, as longer it takes the longer will be the delay for my voyage.

Suraksha marine is not helping to resolve the issue
