My application number SMO(M)/2022/221113 for CDC is rejected.I have uploaded all the required docs mentioned including valid medical certificates in the prescribed format from DG approved doctors and still they rejected it stating medical certificate not uploaded by clinic in master checker(same was not mentioned in application guideline).When contacted through mail, they are asking to apply again by paying the fee of 700 again.Need to get my CDC as I have submitted all needed papers.

Dear Brother,
This was rejected may be due to your medical not uploaded against your Indos no., Kindly contact from where you had done the medical and ask them to do the same.

My application number is SMO(M)/2022/213765 and it was approved 15 days back. I have not received any update regarding the dispatch. Kindly help me through it as I have to join my ship at the earliest. My joining has already been postponed once and I need to submit my CDC for my next joining which is scheduled on 30 October 2022.
