Ditto TV — cannot load m3u8:no levels to play

Instead of vedio&audio, it is showing "cannot load m3u8:no levels to play".
Due to this i am not able to watch the ditto livetv.
Dear sirs,
Cannot load m3ub : no leaves to play"this is the response i am getting on the screen.

Please look in to the above and resolve it.

Updated by prcgoud I have subscribed ditto tv

But the screen is totally black & is not showing anything. An error message is there saying "cannot load m3u8: no levels to play". Don't know why it's coming. As a result i am not able to see anything using ditto tv but rs.20+20 is deducted from my bank account (Kotak mahindra bank and ref. No.[protected]&[protected]

So please look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. The experience with ditto tv is not satisfactory at all till now.

Updated by prcgoud I received call from mobile no [protected] and informed me that he is from Dittotv and demanding me to tell the debit card number.My reply was when rceived the subscription what is the need of debit card number and requested him rectify the fault and enable us to watch the Livetv. He bluntly refused and said without debit card no.he will not start the tv.

Updated by prcgoud Just now received a call from Deepak Sr.Manager (Mobile no.[protected])Ditto TV and asking me to provide the Debit card no. With this I am in cofusion whether these peoples are from Dittotv or different gang.

I have paid the subscription fees and still the application is asking for subscription fees and displays a message that I am not subscribed and after that if try to re-subscribe then it's not getting re-subscribed and displays a message that I could not subscription within the 15 days of activation
