Updated by dilipjnu I took a subscription of one month after paying 20/- from my Idea bill ([protected]) but they never provided subscription for the same.
I have send many mail to them but even after they never replied till date. Nor did I get any subscription.
When ever I send them mail regarding the same they ask for problem details like mobile number, error screen shot, payment screen shot. I send then again all these but they never get back.
When I again follow up with them they again ask for payment screen shot, phone no, etc etc, even after sending them again they never come back.
I've tired of sending the same details again and again and they are not resolving my issue.

9. Error Details :- website ask me subscribe even when I've already subscribed for a month
