I subscribed for ditto tv for 7.99$ and I could watch the shows until yesterday, from USA. Today when I switch it on it is showing that it is not available in your country. I have been subscribing to DittoTv since July 2016, and this problem was never encountered. They took my money, and now it is showing that it cannot be viewed in my country. I emailed the registered email id for DittoTv but they did not reply.
Ditto TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have purchased the subscription on 16th Jan 2017 one month. I was able to watch it until yesterday that is just 4 days, and today it says subscription not available in your country. You have taken the subscription fee for a month $7.99 and today not available to watch. This is cheating the customers. Please fix the issue ASAP.

    Am rishabh ranjan from greater noida.I subscribed ditto tv for one month from my bsnl number [protected].But no any types is subscription is provide for me .I can't subscribe when I going to start live channels on ditto tv application. I lost my rupees 20 for subscribtion.so please resolve my respective problem.
    Carefully and sharply work on my issue aginst ditto tv for this kind act I will be obedient to you.

    Currently not able to view live programs. Recorded programs are viewable. Device reset, app reinstall done.Also net is healthy. Problem still persist.

      I have subscribed to ditto tv for colors hd channel. But these days colors channel is not present in channel list. Due to this sudden change in channel lists, i am missing my serials and feel cheated. Other channels are easily available on other apps and sites.
      Request to start telecasting colors again as early as possible. Please give a specific time when this issue will be resolved.
      I have even subscribed for a year. Either to start colors channel or refund my hard earned money. It is a total cheating and fraud.

      Respected sir/madam, I want to unsubscribed my ditto TV after this month(end of December 2016), bcz I am not getting those channels which I like most.kindly don't ask me for any excuse and unsubscribed it in end of December 2016.thank you.(Ditto TV recharged by this mobile no.[protected])
      I mistakenly gave wrong number. i want to change my number. from when i am searching a way to change the number. i have also sent so many mails to their customer care but i have not got any help from their side. see to this issue very soon.
      We currently reside in US. We are unable to access shows on ditto tv saying that 'Ditto tv not available in your country'

        I have paid monthly subscription twice through my mobile balance. But my service is not started. Also when I logon to my account, I don't see any subscription plan. I have paid twice already and still not getting any service from dec 15th
        The page of the live channel is not proper. The menu bar of the video for example like settings, volume control and such options are shown on the above.

          2 or 3 months back i registered with dittotv app for 6 months with 90 rs.
          After 1 month, the application got updated and when i tried to sign in it shows invalid user id for both cell no. and as well as e-mail id. i contacted the support team of dittotv but they are repeatedly telling the same procedure to follow. as it is showing invalid user id how they can expect me to recover the password from the website. it is showing invalid id my no. is [protected]

            The company has been charging monthly [protected]@₹20/- per month out of my BSNL account mob.[protected] but it shows NOT SUBSCRIBED. This is a cheating. The company should provide the services to the best satisfaction of the consumer or refund the amount charged from the consumer.

              I took a subscription of one month after paying 20/- from my Idea bill ([protected]) but they never provided subscription for the same.

              I have send many mail to them but even after they never replied till date. Nor did I get any subscription.
              When ever I send them mail regarding the same they ask for problem details like mobile number, error screen shot, payment screen shot. I send then again all these but they never get back.
              When I again follow up with them they again ask for payment screen shot, phone no, etc etc, even after sending them again they never come back.

              I've tired of sending the same details again and again and they are not resolving my issue.

              I had subscribed to ditto tv paid plan only to watch colors hd which was available but past few weeks it has been taken off the list of channels and is useless now, im going to unsubscribe but what about the money i have already paid, its cheating on because im not getting the service i paid for.

                I have subscribed for ditto TV app majorly for streaming of live colors channels...and
                I wish the ditto TV employees will solve the problem as soon as possible... And not a single channel of colors are on live so very disappointed and irritating situation so fix soon and let us know by a notification... Waiting in regards and other channels are not so addictive as colors so please make on air as soon as possible...

                  I agree, i am facing the same problem. The only reason i subscribed to ditto tv was to watch colors and now it is not available i will cancel my subscription with ditto tv and advise everyone that they are cheaters and not to subscribe to ditto tv

                    I subscribe ditto for colors channel and we are unable to see it.So we required to unsubscribe n refund the amount.Please kindly take necessary actions against this and update me as soon as possible.

                        I tried subscribing for a 30day $7.99 usd plan today and each time my card was charged, there was an error saying it did not work, and then said It was a "0" day subsrciption and kept asking me to repurchase the plan, ending up in me paying three times. But was denied access to any program on dittotv since it said it was a "0" day subscription.

                            Hi, I have a valid subscription, but from yesterday it is showing me that I need subscription and not playing anything.activation date was 07 Oct.below is the msg that I had received upon activation :
                            Your Ditto TV has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 20.00 /- for 1Month. Renewal charge is Rs 20.[protected]@1Month as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223. Your balance is Rs.183.57/-

                            This is really bad on your part and is matter of your brand image . Please do the needful.

                              I opted for this mobile version of television because I was travelling and did not want to miss a particular serial. However the payment was debited from my card and the tv was asking for subscription. I feel cheated as the call centre was also not functioning and was closed on Sunday. I missed my favourite serial and I want the company to make good my mental agony and mental stress on account of them failing to acknowledge or make good my payment. I want the entire money back with compensation. Hope the company respond to this and stop giving misleading add.

                                My ditto tv registration no.[protected]
                                on 22/09/2016 my service was auto renewed and my mobile balance of ₹20 has been debited for service when i login to watch livetv then it showing me "You are not subscribed " when i talk to my service provider they said to me your service is activted or subscribed already more than it we can not say anything !!

                                  I have subscribed ditto TV package for one month. I have made payment on my mobile through bsnl prepare card by sending the massages DITTO1 to 57575.
                                  I got the message for sucribe the ditto TV pack 20 rupees per month .

                                  However when I am being to see the show it display an error massages that you need to subscribe to watch the show.
                                  Kindly see to this issue and solve it.

                                  October 15 I installed the app ditto tv, it ask the payment so I subscribed 1 month pack. But today it is not login to the ditto tv. This company has cheating the customers.

                                    After enjoying two days free subscription, immediately subscribed six months package of Rs.90/- paid through net banking. They deducted in name of Zee Entertainment, but after that i can't view the channels, because they are not activated my subscription. Given so many complaints through mail to dittotv mail ID which were given by them. No response

                                        When I downloaded the message came that enjoy ditto TV trail for two days but after two days there is no password came to my email or phone but after when I try to see the video it is asking password then I click to forget password in that I type my mobile number then a message came that a new password will come to your mobile but I didn't receive any message
                                        Ditto TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
