Ditto TV Complaints & Reviews

This is regarding the non working of dittotv.com website. They take the customers money to subscribe once the subscription is done the website always shows "badgateway" error.
They are making customers fool and just grabbing their money.
Worst website worst customer support.
Between 8-10 pm it is the worst website to open. They claim it to be live television portal but never provide the service upto the mark.
This website should be banned and the amount of all the customers should be refunded.

I have already subscription but not working..so plz get back my money

I activated platinum access pack -1 year on[protected] till[protected] with amount of 1099.00 rs. since[protected] after one month my service deactivated. i have pushed so many mails and reminders but still no revert.
They have tested all the passion and i am feeling cheated and humiliated.
I don't actually now what to do, support no not working for payment proof and details what i have attaching for reference.

Can any one help me on this. i am clueless, having no idea what to do, and my amount i paid seems its all vain. feeling helpless on this front, how to deal this with seems difficult now.

I have been trying to get a subscription on ditto tv for over a week now and it is not processing my subscription it always gets stuck there and stays loading but nothing happens, I have been using the ditto to app for a long time now and am very disappointed in this as I have been a loyal customer for a while now. I
Have emailed ditto to but they have not really done anything about it and would like to complain now as it has been over a week.

Hi, i got the subscription for ditto tv in the month of may 16 (mid may) for 3 months for live channels and catch up tv. it worked very well for first 3 weeks or so. then in june 16 it started giving me errors for live channels. i lodged a complaint on approx 5 occasions and sent screenshots as requested. nothing happened and i was not even assured of any resolution. early july 16 it started playing live channels indicating that the issue was resolved from their end. however, now it has blocked access to catch up tv. on 6/6/16 they responded to my email saying they have re-launched the ditto tv and i can only watch live channels and there is access to catch up tv only for 7 days. this is ridiculous. is it not the responsibility of ditto tv to inform their subscribers about any changes? they have charged for whole 3 months of live and catch up tv and now i do not have access to it in the middle of the subscription period. this is case of cheating and fraud to be honest.

Does anyone know of any governing body where i can lodge a formal complaint?

Ditto tv as as ditto as other fake programs in india. Recently ditto-tv changed their website format.. From there my problems started... When i log-in my account it stays for a few minutes and immediately logs me out and on the screen it says me to "log again" this process is going on in laptop from last 15days... I wrote many email to dittotv but all is waste... They won't say yes or no... Its a big tragedy we got struck in such a irresponsible company... Who doest care its customers...

I purchased Ditto TV offer for one night. Then i was called the next day to buy two month offer in one month price. I was called many times till i make the payments. Since then i am not able to see anything. Its a scam and fake. I think the company provides a offer to attract customer and once the customer accepts the offer the service disappears.

When i was watching serial in ditto tv got an alert like please subscribe to continue it. So i subscribed for one month pack (20rs) using my debit card. After that also its showing "to watch this video please subscribe". Am i subscribed correctly? Please give me a solution and let me as soon as possible know. And tell me the problem.

I have been charged Rs. 150 for the past two months stating that it's for Ditto Lite TV subscription, which I never did. Kindly look into this matter urgently or we would take up this complaint seriously. If I lose more money on account of this fraud subscription, this matter will be addressed very seriously. My mobile number [removed]. I was received SMS saying 150rs is charged for subscription of ditto TV. I have never subscribed for it. My connection is postpaid. Please do not charge otherwise I will do everything to spoil your image. I will write internet blog about your fraud, start facebook page and let people know about you are making money by fraud charge. I dont know how did you read my contact number without my permission at first place from my mobile. I will apply in cyber crime as well.

The website has wrongly charged subscription of RS. 150/-...
The confirmation link shown RS. 90/- will be charged for one month but I have got an SMS that 150/- has been charged ... There is no validation or confirmation for payment like we are having in credit card system.. Simply they website has charged in just one click... The website is fraud and money haunder... The website is making fraud to inocent public ...Pls return my money...else I will complain it to consume forum and other statutory authority

My mobile number is. I dont know while surfing when some yes button was clicked and i was charged with rs 150 by my service provider. Please refund my 150 rs. Otherwise i will go to consumer court and raise this issue because this is just cheating.

To whomsoever its concerned . I have paid around 30$ for a yearly subscription for which I have received a receipt from apple.
When I try to login and see in the section "My Subscription Plan" I am not able to see any of the plan that I have registered for.
I have tried doing many complaints thru email to the support unit but no replies or no acknowledgements received, which is completely unethical behaviour of treating the customers.
Also I tried calling several times but they were answered by the security and no alternate no was provided. I feel helpless with this hope you get my point.

I have subscribed for dittotv for 4months and nothing gets uploaded in this. now it says plz subscribe. I subscribed for 4months and now it is just 1month over and it asks for subscription again. If you don't resolve this and respond i will be giving a police complaint and will take legal action.

I am glad to be a part of ditto TV application which is running smooth enough but the reason for writing is to add another channel that is Sony six to ur pack, , it will be helpful for me and for lots of sports lovers, , customer care is very dissapointed me
