I subscribed for 1 month but still not getting service. I also done forget password but not getting otp and unable to login as well. I want my money back.
I email on [protected]@dittotv but not getting response as well. I also try to connect through the number provided but its not reachable. Fake website only. Please take the action or otherwise i will take the acion against this

I have subscribed for 1 month and after 3 days it was asking me to subscribe again. I am continuously trying to reach these guys at [protected]@dittotv.com but they are not replying.These guys have taken my money and not providing any service. There are any people who are installing this app and subscribing for 1 month or more are not able to access their services after 2-3 days. One day a call from ditto tv came to me and said you need to subscribe it again I was shocked that I have paid for something that I am not able to access and now they are asking me to repeat it. Some action must be taken against this ditto tv guys because they are taking the money from everyone but only few can access their sevices and when asked to return the money they are not responding. I have attached the screenshot for the payment and the error that is coming when trying to access any channel.

I would like to request ditto tv to either return my money or provide me subscription for one month.

I subscribed to ditto tv worth of 20rs per month i attached google play receipt as well as message showing you are not subscribed i want refund of rs 20. I knw its very less amount but as i shown proof ditto tv is cheating

On 11 august 2016 i made online payment of rs. 20/- through my bank of baroda account for ditto tv 1 month package. After two days the subscription was blocked and despite email complaints and despite providing all the payment details they are not activating it. The company appears to be a cheat and is indulging in fraudulent practices.

I took ditto TV 1 month Singapore package at 9.99$ for hindi channels but they were never able to start my service and when i called on there customer support number they just keep on asking me to call back 1 day after other. This went on for 10 days. they have already charged my credit card and neither providing the service to me nor refunding back the amount to me.The customer support team never helped me professionally or technically and were confused.I provided them all proof related to payments and screenshot of the error that i get but of no use.

I have subscribed two times balance deduct from my prepaid account, but massage not show's during click you are not subscribed. please return my money back or finis this problem.otherwise complaints will added in consumer forum. when we open ditto apps . it shows p'l wait we are cheng that you are subscribed or not and again says you are not subscribed whenever subscribed monthly plan by prepaid mobile no. [protected]

I have subscribed 2 times from my no. [removed] and [removed] for 1 month rs. 40 deducted then also after 2 days account inactivated.
Asking for login when login gets successful then also not working again asking for login.

I am sukhwant singh. My reg mobile no [protected]. Two times cut my balance 20+20 but i can't see channel. Error is not subscribe. Where is my balance. So i think ditto tv is a fake.
I request to ditto tv user don't use ditto tv app because it's a robbery

This has reference to my telephonic talk with mr. ruhan (as far as i recall), customer care officer at dittotv on july 25 and told about my payment of rs.50/- through prepaid mobile no.[protected]airtel) on 23/07/2016 for a 3 months pack subscription of their widely advertised "t. v. on mobile with 100channels" and requested to get my subscription activated (still not activated).
But to my utter surprise he (customer officer), made me tempted to get the 3 months pack activated immediately if i have a balance in my prepaid mobile no.[protected]. he also promised to get my previous paid amount of rs.50/- activated afterwards through back office.
Accordingly as per his instructions i got my mobile account balance deducted with rs.49/- under their txn. no. 75178936 at 01:29 pm for 3 months pack subscription. the account is still showing "not subscribed"
May i request your good office to get the matter resolved by getting me justice for a total of 6 months pack subscription activated immediately.

I am very update by using your subscription transaction process and this type of inconvenience i got.

I have subscribed to ditto tv on 23rd of this month by paying r's 50 through my mobile balance. an amount of rs 50 has already been deducted from by mobile balance.
The txn i'd is 48144881.
Till now the subscription is not activated. when i try a channel available in your app, it is giving a message "not subscribed".
Pl look into urgently.

I subscribed for one month pack using my mobile balance ([protected]-vodafone). After that also its showing not subscribed "to watch this video please subscribe". Please resolve the problem shortly.

On seeing advertisement of dittotv in the media i decided to prescribe for one month and paid the required subscription of. rs.20/-. dittotv promises to provide live tv programmes on mobiles. accordingly i downloaded the application in my samsung grand 2 mobile from google playstore. my mobile no. is [protected] and the service provider is airtel.
I paid the subscription through the downloaded dittotv application. the amount was deducted from my mobile balance twice on 22.07.2016. a confirmation to this effect was sent by airtel through sms on the same day.
I was expecting activation immediately as promised by dittotv. but on noticing non-activation even hours after payment of subscription i sent a mail to dittotv but has not received any reply till date. the dittotv application also recommends to rate and review their services online. i gave single star meaning "not happy" and complained about non-activation. to my surprise i found remarks from many others regarding collecting subscription and not activating the services.
Sir, in my opinion the promoters are cheating the public. hence i request you to take necessary steps before they cheat more people.

Sir i have already paid for the service, but its still showing you are no subscribed, i have made payment from my mobile balance whose no. Is [protected], on 21.7.16

When i was watching serial in ditto tv got an alert like please subscribe to continue it. So i subscribed for three month pack (49rs) using my mobile balance ([protected]-bsnl). After that also its showing "to watch this video please subscribe". Am i subscribed correctly? Please give me a solution and let me as soon as possible know. And tell me the problem.

I paid full year subscription Rs. 170 to view ditto tv on my personal computer. After paying the amount I am not able to see the tv as it is sometimes ask for subscription and some time it is not accessible. Now I tried very much but not getting the above ditto tv on my computer. I request to ask the concerned site to give me facility so that I can enjoy it fully.
