Ditto TV Complaints & Reviews

I had recharged Ditto tv on[protected]. Although it is valid for one month, but we are not getting service since today evening. Whenever we start log in it shows error. Please restore tv service immediately.

As I wanted to see the recorded episodes of Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa for the last month, that is December 2015, I tried to sign up to avail the free 2-day trial offer of ditto tv from my iPhone, iPad and also my LG smart TV. 

However, each time I tried to do it, it was taking me to the monthly schemes like Platinum, Silver, Gold etc.

Now that I was unable to find out the link for free trial, I decided to go for a 30-day subscription fro 9.99GBP which is the platinum plan.and accordingly tried to make an in-app purchase from my apple device.

Each time I made a payment by clicking on the Platinum plan subscription, it asked for a confirmation whether I want to buy all Live TV for 4.99 GBP(Gold package) and as a result I could not proceed further.
I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to the technical team at this e-mail address.

So, I would need help on two things.

1. How I can sign up for a free trial for 2 days and how I can access the shows during free trial.

2. How I can purchase a platinum plan without any fraud(as the ditto-tv website's complaints page is loaded with such complaints on frauds)  and view all recorded episodes successfully for different channels(I see some complaints on that as well where the money was debited but no links for the recorded episodes were available).

Ditto TV — Channels not working

As I subscribe a channels on ditto TV for RS10 it's not working .

i have subscript 1day but mony has detctd but it is not active . pls let know the perfct info . 10rhys has dectid .

As per my knowledge from Ditto tv one executive called me and he said about Ditto Tv and he explained about product then he ask me to enter the passwords received to me on my mobile. After done everything I ask about the rental he said first three months free for me and. After three months if iam interested then I can continue this subscription, but when I checked my mobile bill they have charged 3 times for downloading this app amount of rupees 450. Incident was happened on 20 august 2015 in between 14:50 to 15:10. I would like to request the amount to be refunded as my network people they are charging with late fees on my mobile number [protected]. Received the messages TXN Id numbers, 40866378, 40866667 and 40866984. Please resolve my problem and I'm great full to you. My email id [protected]@gmail.com

Service & Quality Issue

I purchased 1 month subscription by paying 150/- but i was not able to use this for even 1 day i wrote many mails to [protected]@dittotv.com but nothing has happened yet.
