I am regular dream11 player since 2017 but today first time i have faced payment issue in my dream11 account.

withdrawal delay more than 9 days

Sir/madam,
My withdrawl request of rs 1300/- made on 21-sep-2019 is still not credited into my account as on 30-sep-2019. Why so much of delay wherease dream11 mention to provide instant withdrawal. No response to mail also.

show something went wrong at the time of account verification

Dear sir whenever am going to verify my bank account in dream 11 it shows something went wrong. I fullfill all the details and also add my check photo but it is not working. contest joined but it is not showing on dream 11 app & I lost my money too

On 13th Apr I joined 1 cash contest for the match between KIIP vs RCB with entry fees of Rs. 33. Money got deduct from my bank account but I couldn't see the joined contest. I got email confirmation as well for joining the contest. I have paid money using BHIM UPI. I have enclosed picture of the same. I have also attached copy of Invoice which I received on my email.

dream 11 adding bots in ipl contests?

It has crreated a chat bot which never answers any question and its almost impossible to reach out to d11 for queries and complaints. Their haptic bot functionality is full of issues and it never responds to actual queries. cheating mega contest with bots teams.

The dream11 is creating bots teams based on the performance of players at the last moment. Please take an legal action on dream11 and check one mega contest.

What is the authenticity of the teams that dream11 is not creating any bot teams. Rbi should take an action on this.

They are looting the public money by making the 1st, 2nd & 3rd winners of a bot team for the prizes....

network error issue while opening dream11 app

When iam trying to login in my app it is showing "network error".
I have deleted it and installed the new version then also it is not ok
Ihave backup my phone twice but then also it is not working properly.
From atleast15 days iam not able to use my dream11 account due to this problem.
Please sortout my problem fast.

payment has failed in dream 11

Hello!
Today a short while ago, i tried to add rs 124.62 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest of rs 244 but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 124.62 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by 124.62 as these are already deducted from my bank account.....

kyc verification issue in dream 11 account

To verify my account i gave all correct information but till it is not verified. Now what should i do becouse of it i m unable to withdraw my money.
