      They are using bots to utilize public money. How can they prove that they are not using bots in their system? Anyone who plays dream 11 can accept this that they are cheating public with bots. They should provide captcha before creating team

                Dream 11 has failed to provide me a solutions since 5 days, I uploaded my old PAN Card with my before marriage name and now they are not providing a solution, I have given all proofs, 1. Name change Gazette, government document, 2. PAN Card change form with acknowledgment no., 3. Screenshot of PAN Card changes under process, 4. ADHAR CARD, ye they are un cooperative and not giving me a solution, now they are saying they’ve requested documents on the wrong email I’d, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, they’ve confused it for [protected]@gmail.com, they have made a mistake of email, by adding J instead of I clearly, I feel honestly they are just wasting my time, please help me out as my winnings worth 90, 000 are blocked in the account, my PAN CARD NO. won’t change only my name and they are not getting it .

                    I played on dream 11 and had anew account, I played a league and won 94, 000, I bymistakenly uploaded my old PAN CARD with my before marriage name and added my account no. With my after marriage name, now they are not letting me change my PAN CARD with my after marriage name and letting me withdraw my hard earned money with a lot of effort and time, anyone can make a mistake while uploading their documents. My PAN Card no. Will remain the same they just need to change my name I am providing various proof of documents but they are sending me automated messages, honestly this is a wrong practice and they should at least see my proof and release my funds, at least for sake of humanity.                       IFSC code invalid error

                      For the last 4 times my bank account verification getting failed even though all the details are correct.

                      I don't know what is the reason for this bank verification error though the IFSC code and all are from the bank account....

                              I have placed a withdrawal request of 99/- on 19th march which didn't executed. It was showing successful withdrawal on dream11 app but I didn't receive payment in my account. I contacted customer care and they told me to wait till 23rd March. But today I got 99/- back on my dream11 account due to failure of withdrawal. Then I placed a withdrawal request of 134/- a while ago. And it did went the same way and is showing successful withdrawal on their app but I haven't yet received my withdrawal amount in my bank account. Such kind of a looting must be stopped. I hope you understand my issue and act on it ad soon as possible.

                                  Hi sir I ahve balance in my dream11 acocunt of rs 51500, when I checked on 1 March my balance become zero I have not withdrawn when I raised request they say hacker have hacked ur account and withdrawn funds, so we wil not refund funds, they say I have compromised details how it is possible and second thing bank accounts are verified and attached with pancard n adhar card then how can funds will be transferred in third party account l, they r not responding now. Kindly help iam attaching docs.
