Please activate my account of dream11. I don't know why had u suspended my account as i didn't did anything in previous day. The only thing i do is that i told my friend to play fantasy dream 11 app as it is very easy way to earn money and most amazing app. I shared my referral code with my friend and after that i really don't know how many refers has been done. It's not done by myself. I shared with my friend. So please for god sake activate my account and please refund m money back please please please. Sir i posted my refferal code in some groups n there someone used my refferal in wrong way like making new accounts from one device n others.. Wrong activites.. Bt sir i have no idea about it.. Sir mere pass pan card nhi h.mere paas aadhar card h.main aapko batana chahta hoon ki aap pan ke saath aadhar ko bhi isme jodna chahiye.aisa karne se customer ko aasani hoti. Jiske paas aadhar hai.wo aadhar se attach kar leta. So sir please add aadhar card in dream 11 account verification.

Sir i was received 2560 on 8 August2017. When i made it for withdraw on 8 August of 2500 ₹ there was showing 385 and remaining 2175 was cut due fair play violation. My friend made a league and invited me . I earned those money by winninging the league. Hw is it fairplay violation?, can u pls give me answer and how can i get money back to my account. I requested to withdraw some amount from my dream11 account yesterday and now it's saying withdrawal failed. Worth mentioning that i didn't get the amount back in my dream11 account as well. It's not the first time i'm withdrawing as i have done this once before and it was alright. Don't know what's the hold up now. It's a really annoying issue.

But now i m not able to login my account it shows 'account suspended please contact [protected]@dream11.com' but when i mail in this address no reply is coming. My account was suspended on 26july morning and its about 12 days no response came from dream11. I have also attached my pan card to it when it was working also got verified by dream11. I want my money to be redeemed to my account or just want my account activated. But there's no hope so. Dream11 is not even replying my single mail...

I recharged my dream 11 account with real cash 100 rs and I won money 251 rs by playing with public nd friends. But when I was going to withdraw the money they deducted just by saying fair play violating. They are cheating people.

My account is deactivated from last 1day. And dream11 not making any effort to reply my mails. How can they loot anybody's money. And trying to ingore. Their telephonic customer care are such creep they do not hear ur complain and say contact via mail and cut ur phone in between conversation.

Can anybody here tell me how to file case in consumer court. They are looting money from innocent peoples and ignore them by not replying. Common person stop mailing them after few days and they loot their all money in his account... My email is [protected]@gmail.com. Please solve my problem
