Hello sir,

My name is prasanth kumar. I'm playing dream11 from past 2 years till this time i'm not done anything wrong and i didn't get any mail regarding fairplay violation and also i'm playing from only one mail id. Today i was trying to login it is showing my account is deactivated without any reason. I have a balance 1200 in my account also. I contacted customer care but there is no reply from their end. Some one please look into this and kindly activate my account. I love enjoying on playing dream11.

I won (21K) 1st ranks in 2 cotests on yesterday night but the winning ammount is not added to my dream11 account still. And i won Rs.360 in anether match this winning amount added but this match completed after the above match.

I play dream11 fairly but when i requested withdrwal of ₹1520 it is failed next day and my amount is not added to my dream11 account either. So sir plz help me getting out of this and want to know why they failed my withdraw request please reply i m waiting thakyou. I have applied for pan 10 days before and i got it 2 days earlier then i just added it to dream 11 account and very next day i given the withdrawal request and at next day it is failed i didnt attached pan to bank account is that the problem let mi know sir please help mi my team name and tranction id is provided in the snapshot

My account is deactivated from last 2 weeks. And dream11 not making any effort to reply my mails. How can they loot anybody's money. And trying to ingore. They say they reply in 72 hours but its now more than 2 weeks. Their telephonic customer care are such creep they do not hear ur complain and say contact via mail and cut ur phone in between conversation.

Can anybody here tell me how to file case in consumer court. They are looting money from innocent peoples and ignore them by not replying. Common person stop mailing them after few days and they loot their all money in his account. This how they earning and looting people.

Hi guys,
Today i'm going to experience, how dream11 cheat with users.
Let's take to referral program : you wouldn't be able to know about the status & details of referrals joined you, if you are a new user then your referral code is same as team name by default which is exposed if you joined any leagues and any unknown person can share your referral feom there. Dream11 deduct/suspend your account.
You don't have choice to accept /reject unknown referral. Who wants to keep his a/c in trouble just for 100 - 200 ₹.
They don't have live contact system to chat & they take time to reply to mail weeks.
They allow you to play without verification but when you win big they suspended your a/c by giving many nonsense fairplay reasons.
Why fair play is only applicable for users? Why do not they also follow the fair play?
Damn cool referral program.
Don't waste your time on dream11.

Is company ka koi customer care number bhi nahi hai. Mail karne par bhi mail ka koi jawab in ata hai.
I am winner fraud league. Company is very fraud... Company n mujhe rs. 4000 abhi tak nahi wapas kiye h jo ki is league m winner ho according to my dream11

Hai sir my name pouluraju i won amount in dream and raised with drawl request almost 3 days back i haven't received mail regarding this i raised complaint at help desk.com but no reply

I want to know my status of with drawl process and when will i get my amount credited in my acount

I raised withdrawl request of 42k on 21st july i didn't received any mail or message regarding this withdraw. I checked my acount it's not credited pls tell us when will it credited

Other than this i am very happy with dream11 fantasy. I have received money 3 months back with in 48 hrs with raise of with drawl request but this time i am not getting messages or mail regarding my with drawl pls solve my issue dream 11

I have requsted for the withdrawal of rs-19116 in different transactions. None of the transactions have been completed successfully, even after sending continuous mail at helpdesk, i have not got any response. Like this support to the customer will cause to lose the credibility of the dream11. I am a great fan of dream11. If you are not responding and my money is not getting credited within few days. Only the solution infront of me will be to register the complaint against which is not a good approach. Let me continue playing at dream11 and enjoy it.. Hope you will solve my issue asap.

If im loging to that account its showing your account is deactivated. I won 3000rs.. Even i won money with fair but they deactivated. Pls activate my account... As early as possible
I didn't perform any illegal activity or played any private league but still my account deactivated please help me to resolve this.

My complaint got resolved. I exactly don't which one worked because I registered complaint here and in helpdesk of dream 11 too. Next day aftery complaint automatically money credit to my dream 11 account and saying fairplay violation. For that they deducted 17rs. So again I applied for withdrawal this time got it. But totally 226rs got deducted as fairplay violation. NOTE: Don't play against your referrals. That is the only thing I find worng here. Other than that this is cool. Enjoying playing Thanks for helping me to get clearing my complaint.

I have been playing dream 11 so far.. But today 17.07.2017 at 6.00 pm my balance from my dream 11 account has been deducted a amount of rs. 328.00 and it mentioned in the transaction detailed that it is "balance nullified". I have add cash from my bank acoount severally. I thought dream 11 is a fairplay but it is cheating and illegally deduct amount from account of dream 11. It i not for only me but my too many friends' cases also.
I have to strong complain against this legally. Please do if recover is possible.
