I tried joining a contest in Melbourne FC vs Adelaide FC in A league scheduled at 1.40 pm on 13/02/2021. I created 4 teams and tried joining 35 rs contest. The message popped out there is some issue on the app. So I thought that I haven’t joined the contest yet. So I repeated the process again. Now the balance got deducted twice I.e 35*4 teams = Rs.140 and again Ra.140 for the same contest. Now the contest is even not showing up. I tweeted the issue with tagging dream11 official tweet handler... but these people don’t respond at all

It happened multiple times now, that the app provides wrong info regarding line up for the cricket match,

Sometimes they show line up just 30 seconds prior to dead line and the we are unable to change the 11 teams entered in a contest in the given time, and as a result we lose our money

Recently I tried to join the contest, and I was unable to do so,
I tried three times and got the same result, but money has been deducted from my account every time Tried,

Moreover, there is no customer care available, in their chat with us option we can't chat direft with representatives our call them
They only have pre defined general questions available to ask for

In total dream 11 app is seems like fraud sometimes
Its not managed properly, customers are over looked, its just exist for customers money
Is the issues are persistent

Please look into it, to solve the issues faced by the people like me

I have joined a contest with my 10 teams which cost me 350 rupees. Some error occurred and my money got deducted without joining the contest.

There is no any option regarding transaction failures related issues in list of options while submitting request on their help portal.

I have joined a contest as on 13.03.21 of IN-L VS SA-L .First i have jointed with 1 team and i was in contest but after some time i again joined with 10 team in same contest and money got deducted from my wallet but my reaming 10 team is not showing in contest, plz tell me weather i m in the contest or i will get my remaing 10 team entry fees back ..contest was of 3 cr and entry fees was of 35 rs...

My username is Ultimate16 in Dream11 fantasy app, I have created team and joining contest in 2nd T-20 (India vs. England) match on 13 March [protected]@ 12:41:00 pm, An amount of Rs. 105 is deducted but my teams have not entered in the leaderboard/contest. I have received Neither Email nor Confirmation about the contest joined.
It is also not showing anywhere in the app. I want my money back. Dream11 has not any complaint number or email I’d for customer.

Please do the needful.

I have tried for joining India L vs SA L, 35 Rs contest of Road safety series on 13th March 2021. I have tried it for 2 teams but twice 70 Rs of amount-deducted with total 140 Rs deducted but contest not joined with team no 3 and 4 .

I joined india vs England T20 matches first with 5 teams then with three teams then with one team but when i joined with three teams money deducted 147rs but those three teams are not in joining leaderboard kindly look into the matter

Today I created 10 teams for IN-L vs SA-L but due to server error that said "something went wrong" (I tried joining 3 times) however joining contest was not successful while an amount of 3×350 was deducted nor I received an email of joining successful nor joining failure. Now I have no enough money to join for the contest which will start at 7pm today. Now I can afforded only for 1 contest.

Therefore, please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible so that I may join the contest before contest is full.

Deducted my money and my teams are not shown in leaderboard of Ind vs Eng T20. Due to dream 11’s error I think I was entered wrong teams to wrong contests . So kindly refund my money.

I have created the contest but due to server issue could not join the contest my 50 rupees amount deducted and not refund it.

Hi things going wrong again and again joined 35 rs contest with11teams worth 385rs in total first it shows i have been joined and 385rs is deducted from my account and now it says no contest joined, and u deduct money from accounts, also I tried joining again so tried joining for 25rs contest with 9 teams worth 225rs pls
It shows i have been joined and 225rs is deducted from my account and now it says no contest joined. please confirm what's going wrong and when will i get my money back in to my account, am i in to the contest it shows joined in my contest joined but in the main page it's showing no contest joined pls fix problems.
