I have tried to join a contest on Dream 11 in Road Series T20 World Series between India Legends vs South Africa Legends on 13 March 2021 of entry fee Rs 35 with 3 teams of amount Rs 105. Amount has been deducted but can't get enroll in the said contest with my 3 teams .Then again try to join the same contest with same amount and same teams Now want my amount to be refunded in my account ....

I joined world road safety series match for today bw India Legends vs SA Legends, today 7 PM . Money deducted RS. 105 (35*3) but contest not joined .
There should be an automated system to reverse the money just like Bank has got. If money deducted from a Bank, the system automatically return the money.

I'm very disappointed by dream 11 app service. Today morning I trying to join India Vs England contest (45*5=295) money deducted but contest didn't joined. Again afternoon India Vs England (49*3=147) money deducted but contest didn't joined.plz help me I'm so depressed due to this issue....

350 Rs deducted but contest not joined

I have tried for joining India L vs SA L, 35 Rs contest of Road safety series on 13th March 2021. I have tried 2 times with my 5 teams but twice 175 x2 Rs of amount-deducted with total 350 Rs deducted but contest not joined with team no 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Please refund my amount .

Today morning I joined ATMB vs MCFC ISL final 5 lakhs contest with 9 teams amount of Rs225 got deducted from my account and contest not joined. Again I deposited Rs 200 and tried to join the same contest with 7 teams amount of Rs 175 got deducted and contest no joined.
Kindly refund me Rs 400(225+175) asap into my account.

Extra money deducted from account

Hello Team,
Today while I was adding teams to Mega Contest (entry fee 49 rs.)of tomorrow Ind-Eng T20 match and I was getting error several times.I could able to submit my 7 Teams with entry fee rs.49, however more than 900 rs or contest fee for 19 teams has been deducted. Looks like it's a bug in your app.

Amount got deducted twice for one contest with 4 teams and the contest is not showing up

I tried joining a contest in Melbourne FC vs Adelaide FC in A league scheduled at 1.40 pm on 13/02/2021. I created 4 teams and tried joining 35 rs contest. The message popped out there is some issue on the app. So I thought that I haven’t joined the contest yet. So I repeated the process again. Money deducted unreasonably, wrong information provided leading to loss of money, unfair play

It happened multiple times now, that the app provides wrong info regarding line up for the cricket match,

Sometimes they show line up just 30 seconds prior to dead line and the we are unable to change the 11 teams entered in a contest in the given time, and as a result we lose our money

I have joined a contest with my 10 teams which cost me 350 rupees. Some error occurred and my money got deducted without joining the contest.

There is no any option regarding transaction failures related issues in list of options while submitting request on their help portal....
