Droom.in — faulty vehicle sold by droom.in to me | |||||
I have purchased Honda Activa 3G 110 CC 2015 model from Droom.in in April 2018 and i was assured that this comes under warranty and the vehicle that i have purchased is properly checked and is in good condition and just on the name of droom i have purchased the vehicle, but now i think that i was a big fool to buy vehicle from droom.in. Till now i have spent more than R 8000 in replacing the parts of vehicle which i have purchased as it was a faulty vehicle which was sold to me. I was told by the seller that it is in very good condition and i don't have to do servicing but i have done that and i came to know that almost most of the parts where duplicate and which was original parts those where not in good condition. It was made fix just to sell someone and later on the buyer will face it. I trusted droom.in but now i think that i have to take this issue to court as i am unable to contact anyone of droom.The customer care no[protected] doesn't work and the person with whom i was dealing of droom, his name is Mr. Mallick his number is also switched off since long.
