A parcel in the name of kavitha c pillai was sent and dtdc person from peroorkada trivandrum kerala branch called me. When i confirmed my availability at home at special armed police quarters, peroorkada, the person informed that no home delivery and i have to go and collect the items. When i asked him why should we pay you then, he had given the phone to another guy and he said he is not working in dtdc and the one called is his friend etc. Such an unprofessional approach, i never expect from dtdc. They did not deliver to my home which is not even a kilometer from their office. That persons number is [protected]. Even at haripad branch of dtdc, they have done the same. And dtdc expects persons to come to their office and collect items but they charge us home delivery fees. Kindly do the needful in this regard. Kavitha c pillai Kavitha.
