Eastern Railway — Regular Running EMU Services

Sir, I am a bonafide passenger of main line section boarding from Ichhapur station and getting down at Bidhannagar station regularly. Most of the days the main line EMU trains are running late. Today i.e. on 5/5/2015 (Tuesday) from Morning the the train running abnormal due a lorry fallen on the railway tract at Ranaghat and most of the trains have been cancelled. Today is the exceptional, but, most of the days' the train service were out of order, specially in main line section. And one most important thing in Bidhannagar the railway platform are occupied the un-authorised vendors and we the common people are not walking properly. And one more thing to please maximum number of 12 boggy coach should ply in main line section. Most of the 12 coach train are running in useless time. Please take necessary steps with immediate effect so that the EMU trains running in usual time and peaceful manners. We are very astonished in Howrah bandel section there is 3 track but train running in perfect schedule. We see the just finish the announcement the train shall entered in platform. But, in sealdah main line the train entered in the platfrom after 10 to 15 minutes behind the announcement. The main train service is totally useless and good for nothing.
