Eastern Railway — Wifi not available & disgusting food in Kolkata Rajdhani Express (12301)

This is to inform & complain that the wifi service in Rajdhani Express (12306 & 12301 ) is turned off but still Indian Railways is claiming that WIFI service is provided across in Rajdhani's also the quality of food is detoriating day by day ! can railways not choose a different caterer than IRCTC as IRCTC is running a monopoly buisness .
