I had booked the Ticket for Delhi to chennai (Travel date 18 sep 2015), they have cut my money and then said there is price change we will refund the money in 4 days, after continuously following up with customer care one of representative said send mail on [protected]@easygotrip.com and you will get refund within 4 days, but after 6 months still no money, we common man are not here to take followups again and again, we have our own busy work to fulfill our needs, Please get my money back, its my hard earn money, details are as follows.

      I had booked air ticket from Kolktat to New Delhi on 31.05.2015 (IRA BISWAS) vide their Booking Reference No.ET60671; Book Date- 05.13.2015; Airline PNR-Rejected Due to Fare Change; Status-Rejected, for the Flight 6E-204, Class-L, leaving 14:30 Rs.5271/- was debited from my account, I received the ticket was not confirmed and rejected due to FARE CHANGE. They are giving the contact no but not peaking up the calls. Therefore I am trying through mail and they reply is like this.

      I had booked a ticket on EasyGoTrip as per below details:
      OneWay Flight from New Delhi ( DEL ) to Jammu ( IXJ )

      The ticket was subsequently cancelled via ref number and received a confirmation from easygotrip for the same but never received a refund. Repeated calls to the customer care never got answered. I haven't received the refund so far. I'm not sure where to file the complain.

        On17.08.2015 I booked one Ticket of Flight No. 6E - 644 for travelling from Bangalore to New delhi in the Name of Gaurav chauhan through easygotrip.com. The Booking Ref. No.. ET 65574. On Mon, 17-Aug-2015 they advised me through email that Booking Ref Number:- ET 65574 Unconfirmed / Amount reversed to E wallet. I asked them to advise the way to get my money back from e wallet through email.But yet to get any response till date. I also tried to contact them at their call center No.[protected] but failed.


        Last mail which i got it from them on : 16th Oct 2015

        We deeply regret the inconvenience caused,
        We would like to inform you that our old version and payment gateway has been changed and we have shifted into new version and payment gateway due to that we are not able initiate any refund instantly for all refund it will take another 15 days

          With due regard and reverence I hope that you will pay a kind attention towards the following few lines and extend the every possible help to me.
          On 18/12/2015, I booked tickets from New Delhi to Srinagar for 19/12/2015 online using my Credit Card from easygotrip.com for an amount of Rs.6903.00.I received the ticket from the said agent vide Booking Id No:
          ETHL5DPILG with the status of PNR as unconfirmed.While seeking confirmation of the tickets from the said agent over phone & email, I got no response. At about 12.00 at night on 18/12/2015 I got an email from some Rihan Khan of the agency that the tickets could not be confirmed due to hike in fare and the amount stands reversed to my easygotrip e-wallet user account which I can use for future bookings.I got very much worried as I had no money for further booking.I borrowed funds as the person who had to travel had under gone a heart surgery and was accompanied by an attendant.Despite lapse of one month & 25 days the said agent does not respond, neither over phone nor on email.When I login the e-wallet user account it shows that either the account is inactive or suspended.I wasted my hard earned money and found no other means than to seek help from your goodselves.
          May kindly accede to my request & get my money back.

            I booked flight ticket from Hyderabad to Kolkata on[protected] with booking id as ET7Q8X2HVA. The company people insipite of showing a available seat didn't approved my ticket and thus resulted me into heavy loss. After that on calling multiple times the people once replied with a saying that no refund would be made in bank account, the best they can do is the book another travel ticket from the site. On this i tried booking other journey ticket but the site always refused my transaction by saying the insufficient balance. On this i again talked to company people and they said to mail the ticket details. On this i mailed also but on there mailing address the mails have been always failed. Looking down on this i request you to kindly help me with the issue.

              Dear Sir / Madam, Myself Raj Kumar Maharana had booked 2 flight tickets for myself and my wife through website: www.easygotrip.com on dated 19-December-2015. While booking the tickets we received an email stating that Ticket is in processing from E-Mail ID: [protected]@easygotrip.com. But the next day we received an email regarding ticket status from email ID: EasyGo Trip that the ticket is "Unconfirmed / Amount reversed to E wallet". However, after that I was not able to login to the website. Also we had tried multiple times (4 to 5 times a day) to call their Customer Care number ([protected]) but never get connected to a representative to speak to, every time we get an auto generated reply that “all our representatives are busy, your call is important to us and we will contact you shortly”. On dated: 28-December-2015 I tried to call from a my another number (+91 [protected]) and the call picked up by one of their representatives, I explained the details and requested to revert my booking amount to my Bank account from where the ticket transaction had been done. And he confirmed me that the amount will be reverted to my bank account within 5 to 7 working days, but no money has been reverted till date. On 01-January-2015, I was able to login to the website but there was NIL (0.00) amount showing in my e-wallet. And now since 03-January-2015 the webpage http://www.easygotrip.com/ also not available.                 Easygotrip.com site is actually running as a licensed financial crime business. Despite many complaints made on this forum I don't know why no action been taken to shut this site. This site tactic is to first attract customers at cheap flight rates and then never confirm the ticket. Buyer receives message your ticket is not confirmed as the rates are changed. Once amount is credited to easygotrip, they will play with your money on their terms. There is no refund possible to your bank account or credit card. If you call on customer care [protected] they will just say we will confirm details at our end and will call you back. But that call will never come to you. On 24th December 2015 I am trying to booking the flights tickets Leh to Delhi but there booking is not made by successful. Meanwhile Rs:17, 748.00 was debited from my ICICI bank a/c.I have mentioned my transaction details " IIN/easygotrip./[protected]. This is surely a fraud company which is accumulating customer money and once you paid them its hard to get refund. I am looking for the regulating body who can intervene into this and audit this site and help in release customers money has been on hold from very long. Finally, these cheap online business sites must be shut down immediately Please help me out get my money

                  My ticket PNR was not generated till a week before my flightSG 136 from bangalore to delhi on 5th dec 2015.No info was provided till i checked my booking.The contact nos. were all busy all the time.Their call centre nos. are unresponsive.I had to get a new ticket which cost me another 4000/- INR.Besides the harassment, people lose their money to their catchy gimmicks.I have still not been refunded my amount.The travel site Easygotrip is taking people for a ride.They are big frauds.Strict action must be taken against them.

On 4th December it was showing that ''ticket has booked and confirmed'' and money has been debited from my account. On 4th December i got the mail says that, flight Status:- Unconfirmed / Amount reversed to E wallet and when I checked my account on easygotrip, there was no money reflecting in my E wallet. I Tried calling on their customer care number ([protected]) but i am not able to connect with them if it’s getting connected, customer care person says that'' all the representative is busy. we have noted down your number, will call back to you. .but after that they never call back. Now request to you kindly take this issues as serious issue, because for the same complaint so many people are already suffering. Easygotrip they have cheated me 2 times – Pl help to get the money back (Rs. 12911) which supposed to refund me after rejection of my flight booking. Declare the ‘easygotrip '' site as a fraud company. Because so many people have already registered about the same complain in Internet.                       This fraud company easy go trip has not refunded back my ticket cancelled amount. Some are running this company. Purely a fraud company. I had booked a one way ticket from new Delhi to pune on 24th Nov via go air. For some reason the flight was cancelled and I was informed by the airline company go airlines that the amount would be refunded to these fraudsters in 48hrs. Since then in trying to contact them. But they have a bogus customer care no that never picks up.there is a recorded message stating that they have noted out number and will call back but they nevrr call back. They have swallowed my money. I curse these rascals. My PNR no was JCUHO5 for 24th Nov in the name of Mahesh kumar singh. My contact number is [protected].pls help me for the refund

Inspite of repeated mail and complain updates in your website, the company easygotrip.com is not refunding my money and holds the money in the name of ewallet a/c with a malafied intention. Plz. Look into the matter. If this will not resolved by tommorrow, I will compell to put a Harassment case againat easygotrip.com with heavy penalty demand for keeping the money with him and not responding my correspondences.

                          Sir, I had booked a ticket on easygotrip.com website, for 8th Dec. from DEL TO BBI on Indigo 6E-259 FLIGHT Which was scheduled to depart form Delhi 15:55 towards Bhubaneswar. Booking ID: PL[protected]PL on 02 Dec 2015. Booking Ref. No. ETSQMW013T AMOUNT DEDUCTED But PNR NOT CONFIRMED. Then easygotrip customer care, Support No. is not responding leaving a pre-recorded msg. "We will call u shortly". Repeatedly email has also no response. It is a humble request sir: 1. Pls. cancel this ticket before its confirmation. 2. And guide me how to get back the money deducted as easygotrip.com is not responding to any communication.                           Sir, Today some person from easygotrip.com called me and informed your ticket will be canceled and money will be refunded as per rule.

                          I astonished on this type of reply.
                          When I came to know that ticket is going to be canceled, I booked another ticket on the same flight Indigo 6E-259
                          for the same date and time 8th Dec. from DEL TO BBI which is scheduled to depart form Delhi 15:55 towards Bhubaneswar.

                          But due to 1day delay and non response from the easygotrip.com, the price for same 3 nos. of passenger hiked Rs.2210/-
                          I paid Rs.2210/- extra which harassed me a lot.

                          Previous Ticket Price was Rs.11320/- Now it came to Rs.13530/-
                          And easygotrip.com saying the refund will be as per rule.
                          Even I have not received the mail from easygotrip.com till now.

                          Please consider the matter. and Full Ticket Amount Rs.11320/- + 2210/- extra amount I bear without any fult from my side or from GoIdigo Authority side, Due to Non-response and careless handling from easygotrip.com

                          The total amount 13350/- may please be refunded to my Account.

                            Hi, I booked the flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum for 6th dec 2015 on 2nd dec 2015 for 5607 INR. Booking Ref Number:- ET3WGLAAXM My credit card got debited but I did not receive the e - ticket. After that, I called them and they told me that I will receive it in 5-10 minutes. But i did not. After that, I was told that my ticket is not booked because rates have increased. I asked them to refund me the money. Then I was told that my money will get into the wallet. That's all. After that, I have not received any mail, my money going nowhere and they are not receiving call. I am literally frustrated with them.                               Booked a one way ticket from Delhi to pune for 24th Nov 2015 in the name of Mahesh kumar singh by go airlines which was subsequently cancelled my the airline company and I was assured of the refund of the complete amount without charges . I was asked to take up the matter with the ticketing agent EASY GO TRIP for refund to my credit card but easy to trip customer care neither ever responds, nor reply to the mails sent, neither have refunded back my amount. The flight no was G8-177 PNR NO JCUHO5 GO AIR AIRLINES. booked by Reshma ashok sah, my contact no [protected] and my canarabank credit card was used for the booking. Please help me get the refund

                                I am Mr. Hariharan N.P. I had booked two round way tickets to Bangalore through Easy go trip on 10th August, 2015. The round way ticket fare was Rs 13, 243/- which was debited from my Savings Bank account to JC Travels. I got the print outs of the ticket which showed the status of my ticket as ünder process”. However I received message from them the same day stating that my booking reference ET 65181 was not confirmed due to increase in Airfare and that the amount of Rs. 13, 243/- has been reversed to my easygotrip user account e-wallet and that the said amount can be utilized anytime. They also gave me the login details with a password “easy 123”. When I tried to book the ticket by utilizing this amount, I found that there is no e-wallet account and that there is no response from this sight. Subsequently I made innumerable complaints through mail to which there is no response till date i.e. even after lapse of 3 months. The main issue is not this. The money that is taken for the ticket is still not refunded. I repeatedly tried calling easy go trip for the refund but the customer care number goes to the voice mail saying they will call back. When I checked for the office address sometimes it shows Delhi, at times Bangalore and now its Goa. Now I would want them to refund my amount of Rs. 13243/- I have already warned them over mail that if the amount is not refunded, further action will be taken by me.
                                It was a well-planned cheating by Easygo trip. I need this to be taken very seriously since the problem I have gone through was not a rare or an exceptional case. I have seen that there were lot of customers who had gone through similar problem which clearly proves that it is a well-planned tactics by Easygotrip to cheat customers.                                     I had booked a Flight Ticket from Mumbai-New Delhi with Easy Go trip http://www.easygotrip.com/ But last minute after reaching airport i got mail saying he ticket is not confirmed and all amount has been added to a Wallet for which I was sent user id and Password. After the inconvenience caused to me I reached home just to find that this username and Pswrd do not exist. After calling them several times and requesting to revert money they just banged phone on my face numerous times. It is just pure nuisance and now even my bank is not taking complaint and I dont know where this money is.

                                      I tried to book a flight from Mumbai-Delhi on OCT-25 .

                                      But the ticket was not booked. I have been following up many time with Vikram ([protected] and[protected] . Nobody is picking or replying to the mails.
                                      I have not received the refund of 4089/-. Please take strict actions.

                                        On 4 Oct Booking cancelled by them
                                        On 25 Oct email by them by saying we will refund in 7 to 10 days
                                        Still not refunded it's 50 days on
                                        Today 10 Oct they are mailing that utilized the amount by booking
                                        But I wanna cash back any how
                                        It was my big mistake that I booked on this site. Warning to others also not ise this site
