After a month gone on cancelled of flight ticket still they had not refunded the amount to bank account Last 10 ago they send a mail by saying they will refunded within 7 days But today is 11th after mail They are just hanging A seriously advice to all online flight booking user not to use Easygotrip at any cost even they give 90% discount.
Easy Go Trip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    It's a month from the booking which had cancelled by any (fake) reason
    They just take the money from the customer n after forcing from last 10 days they just transfer to wallet.
    But I want refund in my account not any wallet.
    It was biggest mistake to that I login this site
    I never get this service from any other sites.
    I just want cash back

      On top My wife got a call from +[protected] Dinesh, claming to be from Easy go trip immedietly after posting this complaint. He asked for card details used for transaction including cvv number and OTP. It sounded fraud since the number registered was my number and the call was on my wifes mobile. Nobody ask for otp and cvv. It looks likes they are planning to take more money out o[censored]s. fraud Calls asking for credit card details, CVV and otp claiming to be from easy go to initiate the refund process asa response to the complaint registered. I am Dr Bhupender Sigh Bhatti. I had booked tickets through Easy go trip on 27th of March 2015 for my mother inlaw Mrs Sarasa KP and for my infant daughter Tanishka Bhupender Singh from Calicut/ Kerala to Delhi for the travel on 10th April 2015. The ticket fair was Rs 7847. I got the confirmation number of the ticket booked immediately. But when My mother in law reached the airport on the travel day they were informed the ticket doesn’t exist on their name. When crossed checked with the easy go customer care their response was ridiculous, they said the ticket was cancelled due to hike in ticket fair . As far as I know easy go trip is entitled to give the customer the ticket with the booked amount or at the least inform the customer when the ticket is cancelled . After repeated chasing I got a mail from easy go trip saying the ticket was cancelled after the departure of the flight. Mail details are attached. Finally my mother-in law dint have any other option than going back and rescheduling her trip to 17 th April. There was lot of loss money loss and other loss incurred due to this irresponsible behavior of easy go trip. The flight rescheduled was expensive since the date of travel and booking was very close The new ticket costed us Rs 12000. And the taxi charges to airport up and down costed Rs 2500 extra. The travel was planned on 10 th of April so as to attend a family function on I0th evening, My daughter and mother in law couldn’t be part of it. I had applied for leave to pick them up from the airport that day and my paid leave of Rs 3000 a day gone without a use, And I was unable to get leave again on 17th. It caused my wife and myself a lot of emotional stress since we was supposed to meet our daughter after 4 months . she was with my in laws in Kerala due to our tight exam and work schedule. It was not an easy situation for us as simple it may sound to reschedule the trip after 7 days. The main issue is not this. The money that is taken for the ticket is still not refunded. I repeatedly tried calling easy go trip for the refund but the customer care number goes to the voice mail saying they will call back. Even though thrice I was lucky enough to get through customer care executive, but they were so rude and disconnected the call without giving any response. I have put so many mails to them, but no response. When I checked for the office address sometimes it shown Delhi, at times Bangalore and now its Goa. Now I would want them to refund my ticket with the other financial loss incurred with fine which is close to Rs17500 with immediate effect. I have already warned them over mail as per the procedure to take it legally other wise. It was a well-planned cheating by easy go trip. I need this to be taken very seriously since the problem I have gone through was not a rare or an exceptional case, I has seen there were lot of customers who had gone through the same problem . which clearly proves its their well planned tactics to cheat customers.           I had booked on 25th sep. On 3rd oct they mailed ur booking had cancelled due to unavailability (a fake reason) 5th Oct the flight was 30% vacant. After cancellation still they are not refunded the amount today is 21st Oct. I had mailed several times but no reply. I call many time to customer care also, every time different promises 24-72hr7-15day

            I have booked three air tickets on 30/04/2015 from easygotrip website.Though my account debited but I did not get any tickets.I have sent them mails many time but they did not give any reply.On 30th September I have sent another mail then they replied that within 12 days they will refund my money.But they did not refund my money.                 Sir i have booked tickets for 2 members on 2392015 at11:42pm for ahmedabad to new delhi flightin sg194 ahmedabad to newdelhi on 2592015 at 6:35am from easygotrip.com but tickets had not been booked but money was deducked from accountthe status was undrer process and booking id is this et-69067.The amount of 7300 had been deducked and upto they have not refunded.Sir plz look in this matter its humble request to you.I have tried calling on thier helpline no but their is no respone the no is [protected] my amount deducted was 7344rs.

                  Not refunding cancelled flight ticket. Sir/madam, I had booked a flight through www.easygotrip.com. But the flight was cancelled and I had opted for cancelling the ticket. The ticket was booked on 20/11/2014 and reference no. Was ET51055. The flight was Spicejet from Chandigarh(ixc) to Srinagar(sxr) on 08/12/2014 and PNR was OCLJMK. I got a messa.

                    Sir today i have booked my flight ticket in the easygotrip, firstly i have not received any pnr in tickets and status is under process, many times i have try to call on helpline num but no one is responding my call but one time the responded and said that there system is down so in 15 min u will get confirmed email and i have got the email and after 15 min the email comes that ur tickets has been rejected and then i again tryed to call in company but no one responded of my call so i searched same site on google and i have got complaint box of easygotrip, i have seen that there are many people having same problem so i am 100% sure thats this is a fraud site. I request that please give a importance to my message and help us

                      I have booked tickets some 08 months back from the easygoTrip Portal frm Srinagar to Leh and Delhi to Srinagar both the tickets were cancelled one by me and another by airline the refund amount was Rs 9150 from Srinagar to Leh and 4022 from Delhi to Srinagar and it was told by the portal executives that refund shall be made with 10 working days but till date no refund was made and neither they are answering our calls despite of repeated tries it is as such requested to plesae look into the matter

                        I booked a return ticket for four persons from chennai to kolkata one of them a seriously ill cancer patient. It amounted me rs 41722 my booking ref no. Is et67746 on 9th september 2015 but no body picks up the phone nor i have got my refund. They are totally ignorant about the matter so please help to get my money back for the treatment of the patient

                          I have booked a flight with Booking Reference No :- ET 68220 dtd 14.09.2015 from delhi to pune from easygotrip.com ticket status was confirmed but in PNR comumn " Return Airline PNR : Rejected due to Unavailability " was given. ticket was not booked and refund is also not given. i have been trying to contact easygotrip from 6 days. but didn't get any reply on phone or mail. you are therefore requested to look into the matter and take necessary action for the refund process. i have face so much difficulty for arranging money for re-booking on my own and internet is full of complaints against easygotrip. kindly take strict action against them for harassment of people. from parveen sheoran ph.- [protected]

                            I booked an air ticket on 250.7.2015 with booking ref ET 63967 for travel from hyd to delhi on 3.9.2015 and the fare was promptly collected from my card. but the airline rejected the booking due to fare change and agent did not inform me through sms alert or mail but put the ticket in my account login with the company. on the date of travel, the airline viz jet airways could not locate the booking and i had to buy the ticket across the counter for double the price. i made frantic calls to the call centre, sent mails to team manager and also had an online chat - but the refund so far not yet received. how to proceed further ?

                              I booked one ticket from easygotrip.com on Aug 01, from Bangalore to Delhi. I successfully made my payment and completed the transaction. I waited for 30 minutes to receive any email or message from the easygotrip, but I didn't received any email or message on my phone. It was urgent for me to go to Delhi so I booked the ticket from the Yatra.com later and got the message and email instantly. Later I called easygotrip customer care to inform them about that my money has been transitioned and no email or message have been received. They told me that your ticket is successfully been booked. I told them I have not received any email or message, how do I come to know that it has been booked. I told them am I mad or what? I will book the same person two tickets in same flight. I told them to cancel the ticket immediately and refund me my money. They told me $2500 will be deducted for cancellation of ticket. I told them it's not my fault that you have not send the confirmation even after 30 minutes of booking the ticket. It has been 5 days, I have not received any email for the cancellation of ticket too. I called the customer care to ask them about my money. They told me that money won't be refunded, you can book the tickets in future to use that money. I told them I don't want to book any ticket from your website now onward. But the customer care response was pathetic. I need to file a complaint against them and want my money back. I am sorry I don't have any proof (because till date I have not received any message or email from them) rather than transaction done.

                                I had booked Air ticket from KOLKATA to NEW DELHI on 31/05/2015 (IRA BISWAS) vide their Booking Reference No.ET 60671 for the Flight 6E-204, Class-L, leaving 14:30 Rs.5271.00 was debited from my account, I received the ticket was not confirmed and rejected due to FARE CHANGE. Now I have been trying to contact them from the last 28 days but their no. is constantly coming busy.I mailed them also but no response.Kindly help me in getting my money back. The payment was made through Credit Card of Bank of India and Rs. 5680/- was charged to me. Since my ticket was NOT ISSUED ATALL & rejected due to " fare change" ; hence, I had to booked ticket from another airline. The amount deducted has not yet been refunded to me. I, therefore, request Easygotrip to refund me the same without any further delay. they have NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TILL DATE/NOT EVEN REPLIED TO ME TILL NOW.

                                    Dear All, I have a very bad experience with this website – easygotrip.com. After my experience, when I searched online for reviews, I was astonished to find the number of people who are cheated in the exact same manner by this company. I am anyway about to seek a legal course of action, but I thought I will take out time to write this feedback so that more people know about this website / company and can avoid them for their peace of mind and can save valuable time / money. (At the end of this review, I have given details of websites, where different people have vented out their frustration giving their specific transaction and date details). This website easygotrip.com is a travel management company. This is a unit of TME Online Pvt. Ltd, having their office at Trade Center, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai. This company also seems to be having other subsidiaries like GoGoaHolidays.com and GoaTaxiFare.com. My experience is with easygotrip.com. So I will limit this review to that. You might want to avoid other websites / companies under this umbrella to save on your time, efforts and money if you are planning any travels. “TME” in the name of company, stands for, quite ironically, “Travel Made Easy”. Here are the details of my transaction: On 14 May 2015, I was trying to book flight tickets from Mumbai to Hyderabad for six of my family members through Air India flight AI-50 for Sunday 17 May 2015 flight at 20:50 hours. As this website was giving the lowest fare, I had gone ahead with the payment of Rs. 20, 058 from my credit card and booked the tickets. The booking reference number was ET60715. Within half-an-hour, an executive from Easygotrip called me back and said that as these low fares are no longer available, he is unable to confirm the booking and asked me if I want to book the tickets at a higher rate by paying the difference amount. When I said that I don’t want to pay the higher amount because other websites are giving for lesser amount, he said he will reverse the amounts and arrange to send back the refund. Almost immediately after that, I even received a formal e-mail from them ([protected]@easygotrip.com) stating as follows: “Kindly note your below booking is Rejected due to Fare Change and your total transaction amount will be reversed back in your account as per Bank procedure. Easygotrip Rejection Reversed No C:658.” But, even after 15 days had passed, I still did not see this refund credited. I tried calling their call center number[protected]. They have set it up such that when you choose “Refunds” option, the call never gets connected. It will keep giving the message saying “All our executives are busy right now. We have noted down your number and will call you back”. That call back never happened. I wrote an e-mail to them on 29th May asking them to check why the refund has not yet been credited. I saw that they never respond to your e-mails also. I tried them contacting multiple times and sent an e-mail reminder again on 2nd June 2015 stating that I am unable to reach them on phone. Then it struck me that I might be able to reach to the executives on phone, only if I choose any other option other than Refund on the IVR menu. I tried that and for sure, could get through the executives. The same helpline is very busy when somebody is choosing to talk on refunds, but gets connected for other transactions!!! That is interesting! Finally, on 6th June, I could speak to one of their executives. (Every time I spoke to them, I used to send out an e-mail to [protected]@easygotrip.com giving the details of my call like when I spoke, to whom I spoke and what is the assurance given by call center executives). He took the details of rejection reversal transaction number and confirmed that the amount being asked is 20, 058 rupees and mentioned that the reversal will be effected by Monday, 8th June as it was already a Saturday. He further assured that within 72 hours of that, I should have the amount credited in my account. When I see that nothing has happened by the promised timeline, I again called them on 13th June and asked to speak to the supervisor or manager, if there is someone since I wanted to escalate the matter. The executive abruptly disconnected my call. It is 19th June today, and the status is still the same. This is a case of cyber-crime and cheating the consumers. I am working on lodging formal complaints with the relevant departments and also intend to write to Department of Tourism, Government of India about these fraudulent practices. My sincere advise to the fellow travelers who are looking to book tickets online – Choose any other website other than this fraudulent one. You will be spending much more time, effort, energy and money than you think you are saving on this website. I certainly want to increase awareness among the online community so that other consumers don’t lose their hard earned money apart from time and energy.                                     This site is a fraud site . I got rejection code for my ticket, money deducted from my account amount of 24, 500/-. But the site not refund my money .I am unable to contact them.There is no reply of my mail..Now they changed the pattern of their site therefore i mam unable to see my booking and my wallet.

                                      I have booked ticket from Delhi to Pune on 25/02/2015 having booking ref. no-ET 56812 for amount Rs 3749/-, payment was successful but due to some reason booking was not conformed as communicated by easygotrip representative and promised to refund the total amount within 3-4 working days. I have been following repeatedly with easygotrip from last four months on phone no-[protected] but I have not yet received my refund. I have sent mail to [protected]@easygotrip.com also two times but no feedback received. Please help.

                                        Please note that I have tried to take a ticket through ease my trip from mumbai to jaipur traval date 26.12.2014 and status was under process, we have made payment and ticket not fullfilled. we contacted to customer support and they guided that this ticket is cancelled and you will get refund full amount. then I took another ticket by paying another fare as a fresh. Despite my so many reminder and mail correspondence, till date I have not received any refund. please note booking reference no. is ET53169 class go smart date 26.12.2014 from Mumbai to Jaipur, Flight G8-391. I have not cancelled this ticket and this is happened due to you mistake, Why amount is not refunded till now ?
