    Hi My name is Rama. I booked my ticket to vizag from Hyd in the month of Dec 2014 on 25th. The flight was cancelled. The flight team has already refunded the amount to "Easy To Trip" but they havent refunded the amount of 2818/- in spite of many calls and emails. They are not respnding the cusstcare number which is provided.I wrote many emails to them, no reply. Tried calling them, unabe to connect, neither no response. Kindly assist. Thanks Rama

      Hi, I have booked a tiket from Hyderabad to Mumbai and the flight fare has been changed and ticket is cancelled. I received a mail that the amount will be refunded and it is been 20 days and no refund is been done from eaygotrip. Customer care never responds, and no one responds to mails. Banker says, that easygotrip people have not initiated the refund amount. Please solve this issue. I have proofs about this They have sent me a mail about rejection and refund.

            Sir/madam, I had booked a flight through www.easygotrip.com. But the flight was cancelled and I had opted for cancelling the ticket. The ticket was booked on 20/11/2014 and reference no. was ET50969. The flight was Spicejet from VTZ to BLR on 13/12/2014 and PNR was IEHH5B. I got a message from Spicejet informing about the cancellation of flight. I called Spicejet and they refunded my ticket and told to enquire on Easygotrip for refund. When I called Easygotrip they gave me a refund number of C65 on 10/12/2014. But since then they are not responding to any calls and my money is not refunded yet. Kindly help me to solve this issue.               Hi, I had booked a spicejet flight(SG - 522) for 29th Dec, 2014 from bangalore to kolkata(PNR: *SC384K *) through this travel agent Easygotrip.com. However, this flight got cancelled and easygotrip promised me a refund within 9 days of cancellation. However its been more than 60 days and refund procedure has not been initiated yet.Whenever i tried contacting them, their phone number does not work and there is no response to my emails.Please help me in getting my money back. Even if there is a delay in refund, i should be notified of the same. The money has been refunded from spicejet to EasyGoTrip, but they are refunding not the same to my a/c.                 I have book a ticket from www.easygotrip.com and received their confirmation as well. But after a while got a mail stating that ticket has been cancel due to change in the fair and your whole amount will be refund. But still I am awaiting for my refund amount and whenever trying to connect with their customer care, it sounds like our executives are busy right now we will contact with you. Please I want my refund back and they should be fined for their carelessness.

                  I booked a ticket on 29/09/2014 One-way (Airline Pnr :- SE6V8E or Booking Reference No :- ET 46494) Flight from Bangalore to Goa but due to issue with the Airline Company Spice Jet, the flight was cancelled and i received a sms on 27th Dec'14. When i called up their customer care i was told that the tickets booked from travel partners or any online sites will be refunded by them (Spice Jet will refund to the agency or portal). I called the customer care of Easygotrip on 10th Jan'15 and the representative told me that within 9 days the amount would be refunded to my account. The 1st chaser email i sent on 19th Jan'15 tp this company email ID [protected]@easygotrip.com but they did not replying back. After that i have sent repeated email chaser as their call centre number does not work ([protected]). One fine day i could connect and then the person told me that it could be 1 yr, 2 yr. I will have to wait till Easygotrip feels like refunding the amount and they cannot let me know the dates. This worthless representative also hung up the call. Is this the any organization should provide service to customers.                     Hi, I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata on spicejet through Easygotrip, however it got cancelled from spicjejet after few days ther confirmed my ticket.When i talked to Easygotrip, they said they money will be refunded within 9 days.But its been more than 9 days and they have not refunded my money.Whenever i try to reach the customer care they don't respond properly but when they respond they say it will take around 3-4 days. Please help me in getting my money back.

                      Hello, My sister Radhika Biyani booked her flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 1/10/2014 on 28th sept and paid an amount of Rs.3723/- . After all the payments were done a guy from EasyGoTrip called her and said the fares of the flight have been increased and she needs to pay additional 1900 rupees or cancel her ticket . After cancelling her ticket the amount was supposed to be deposited in her account in a weeks time but it has been 2 months and there is no response from the team . She had personally mailed them, also she posted her complaint on their FB page. The team has deleted her post and blocked her from accessing the page . I request you to kindly take a strict action against them and ask them to Deposit the money back into the account ASAP. P.S: we have all the proof of the email sent by them in which they assured to depoist money asap but they dint do that

                        After finding easygo trip advertising on google for cheap air tickets, I was directed to their site. Upon searching for a flight from Pune to Hyderabad, I was shown a ticket for Air India which had a price tag of Rs 5066. I decided to book this ticket and proceeded to make the payment on 30th September 2014 and was given a booking reference number (attached). However with half an hour I received a mail from EasyGo that the ticket was cancelled and a cancellation number was given (attached). The reason for cancellation was not clearly mentioned and I promptly proceeded to call their operator as mentioned in the mail. Upon connecting the call, I was informed that the air fare had increased and so the ticket was cancelled but the refund will be processed shortly. I also contacted their call centre via chat (transcript attached) and was informed that the refund will be processed to the same credit card within a few days. Upon not getting a refund in this timeframe I contacted them again (transcript picture attached) and was told that the refund will go through. However 3 weeks on, there has been no refund. EasyGo is not responding to repeated calls and avoiding to reply even on chat (transcript attached). I am confident that you will easily observe that this is a fraudulent company.                           Hello, I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on 10th October 2014 through easygotrip.com with my credit card, In stead of ticket conformation i got a mail like " Booking rejected due to unavailability" and still payment is not reversed. And also no one is picking up the call from "easygotrip.com customer care side". Totally fake site. don't believe.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked my ticket from easy go trip [ Booking Reference No :- ET 44752, Flight from New Delhi ( DEL ) to Chennai ( MAA ), Booking Date :- 8 Sep 2014] on 8th September it was showing that ''ticket has booked and confirmed'' and money has been debited from my account. On 9th Sep i got the mail says that…Flight Booking ''Rejected due to unavailability’’ and in the same email they have mentioned that ''Amount will be refund in the 9 working days''(easygotrip refund reference no is B96). But today is 23rd Sep, and while today i have called to customer care of easygotrip (No.is-[protected]) about my refund amount…person is telling that this amount will not be refunded because Bank is not accepting this. So we cannot refund the amount...but for the same you will get the Voucher which you can use for any travel further and before to discuss further they have disconnected the call and after that they were not responded for my call. They have put my number on blacklist and now i am not able to connect with them if it’s getting connected…customer care person says that'' all the representative is busy...we have noted down your number, will call back to you. .but after that they never call back. Now request to you kindly take this issues as serious issue…because for the same complaint so many people are already suffering. Easygotrip they have cheated me 2 times - 1.) While seat was not available also they have shown that ticket as confirmed and after that they have rejected the booking so that they will not reimburse the money and if they will not reimburse the money. And in place of refund amount if they will give the voucher also...people have to book the ticket from ''easygotrip'' site only not from other site. 2.) After rejected of my flight booking they are not ready to refund my the money. Request to you kindly take the serious step:- 1.) Pl help to get the money back (4743 Rs) which supposed to refund me after rejection of my flight booking 2.) Declare the ‘easygotrip '' site as a fraud company. Because so many people have already registered about the same complain in Internet.                             Dear Sir/ madam, i had booked ticket for delhi on 25th may and my booking reference no :- ET 60999, and my transaction got cancel due to fare change. and the amount same have been deducted twice from my account, I have been following this from past 15days and didnt got any updated till now, seriously such a bad service from easy go trip, i use to use this site to book my air ticket but now it will be difficult to do the same.

                              I have made booking of flight from the website named www.easygotrip.com on 28/06/2014

                              Then i cancelled the same due to some reasons by calling them on there support numbers since they have no such option available on there site to cancel the tickets online.

                              Its been 3 weeks but still i dnt get any of my refund from there side.

                              FYI, my cancellation reference numbers are as follows:
                              1) Ref No. A469(Amount 8014)
                              Amount written is after deducting cancellation charges.

                              I called up so many times on there support no but everytime they gave me false commitments about my refund and when i asked them for written mail confirmation for the same they disconnected my call.

                              I need some help from you guys..

                                  I have booked online my return journey air tickets from Mumbai to Delhi (Onward 13.06.2014 & return 22.06.2014) on 31.05.2014 through Easygo Trip ( M/s Travel Made Easy Online Pvt. Ltd, Brisa Complex, Shop No, 545, Near Somay Resort, Naika Vaddo, Calangute Bardez - Goa. 403516 Call-Center : +91-[protected]) on 31.05.4014 & paid Rs.13328=00 through debit card ( Reference No :- ET 30536 Book Date:- 5/31/2014). But after some time when I saw my mail from Easy gotrip that my ticket has been cancelled due to fair difference & asked me to pay Rs. 1508=00 more & given a link (https://secure.payu.in/processInvoice?invoiceId=9bbedc006348b261c522eb6c94f9af2... I have made additional payment of Rs. 1508=00. But again I was surprised that they have mail me as below
                                  (Dear Sir, Sorry to inform you that You have made the payment very late.. Now the fare is coming Rs 16530/- means difference of Rs 1694/- if you can pay this difference Amount then we can book your ticket.. Reply ASAP.)
                                  Then I had mail them not to book the ticket & refund my money on 02.06.2014. But getting no response after repetitive mails. also at their Call center No body responding, only automated voice can be heard, our customer care representative are busy & we have noted your No. and will call back. But, no body is responding.
                                  They are not picking up the phone also.

                                  I am really frustrated with this company. Please help.

                                    i booked a flight ticket on 23 may, 2014 from journey mumbai to jaipur and a return ticket on 25 may 2014. It cost me 15, 681 INR but my ticket was under process and my money was deducted. I suffered a lot and have to book another instant ticket. I mailed a lot of times and tried to call customer support but no response from there. I did not get my money back and suffered a lot. Please help me get my money back and compensation for suffering and loss.

                                      I had booked Goair ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 04/05/2014 Vide their booking reference No: ET 26984 for the flight G8-343 leaving 20.45. Rs. 6774.00 was debited from my account and after one minute, I received an e-mail stating the ticket was not confirmed and rejected due to non availability .                                       I had booked a round trip from Delhi to Chennai on the 28th of October '14 vide booking reference number: ET 48514 for the flight AI-430, amount Rs 10, 492.00. My booking was rejected due to fare change. I recieved an email stating that my money will be refunded within the next 72 hours. It is the 6th of November today and i still have not received my money back. My I had spoken on to a person from the customer service department on chat and she informed me that the money would be credited to my account by the 4th of November '14. Please refund the money as soon as possible as it is becoming an inconvenience for me.

                                      I had booked a spicejet ticket on easygotrip.com which got cancelled.Now they are not refunding my money.When i spoke to them, they said they are working on it and will be refunded within 9 days.However, its been more than 9 days and i am still waiting for my money.Please help me in getting my money back.

                                      I booked the flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum for 6th dec 2015 on 2nd dec 2015 for 5607 INR.

                                      Booking Ref Number:- ET3WGLAAXM

                                      My credit card got debited but I did not receive the e - ticket. After that, I called them and they told me that I will receive it in 5-10 minutes. But i did not. After that, I was told that my ticket is not booked because rates have increased. I asked them to refund me the money. Then I was told that my money will get into the wallet. That's all.

                                      After that, I have not received any mail, my money going nowhere and they are not receiving call.

                                      I am literally frustrated with them.

                                      If you are interested, we can all lodge crimical case against them.

                                        I booked return air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai from EasyGoTrip.com on 24 September 2013 (Booking Ref Number ET15080). The payment of Rs 12924 was made through my VISA credit card to JC Travels which is an associated travel agent for easy go trip. I got an email from JC travels on 24 Sep itself that my tickets could not be booked due to unavailability. However, the money was already deducted from my credit card account. I asked them to refund the amount and send me the refund transaction details over email. Since 24 Sep 2013, I have made countless follow ups over phone, even sent multiple emails to their support centre. I have not gotten any response about my refund amount. They are not even providing me the refund transaction details. Most of the time no one is available in their refunds department and keep procastinating the things, It has already been more than 15 days since I asked them to refund the amount and I have not even got any details. Kindly look into it.
