Eazyshopee — Books not delivered

Placed order for 1st standard CBSE course on this website. I got payment confirmation from payu money but there was no confirmation from this website. I am trying to reach their customer care for last 4 days but no one receiving calls or responding over email. Completely irresponsible behaviour from the staff. Only option left to reach out to consumer court now so that these cheaters can't cheat more people.

Order placed on 25 th April
Payu confirmed payment, but fraud website didn't generate order id for tracking.
Worst customer service for any online portal they don't pick calls or responding over emails.

Placed order for 5th standard ICSE course on this website. I got payment confirmation from payu money but there was no confirmation from this website. I Placed order online through eazyshopee for books of 4th std. of The cathedral high school on[protected]. i got payment confirmation from eazyshopee. My transaction No. is[protected]. So far i have not received the books and i send the e mail to the eazyshopee but no any reply came from their side. i also called to them so many times but they don't pick the phone.

My order details are as below:

exactaly same issue is have as Ms Hemavathy Rajkumar, till date not one mail answered and no response on calls. the worst website ever.

I placed order for 7th Std. books online on 5th May by paying Rs.6200. I got confirmation number but the books are still not delivered. I have sent many reminders on email but there is no response. I tried to call the customer service number[protected] which says to call on weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm even when I call during this time on weekdays!

This makes me suspicious on the intentions of the company. What to do?

order no[protected]. Paid full money for 7th std.books hindi 2nd lang full set on april 9th 2018. Hindi text os ki moti and 4 note books not delivered till today aug 1st 2018. Phone numbers [protected] and 40641 are unanswered mostly if answered give false promises. Vandana nagesh or nagesh have not faced tge parents till date despite informing contact center to connect tobthem. Eazyshopee is defrauding people. Criminal action to be taken against the owners of tge company. They should be rated below 1 star.
