I tried to purchase 600 worth rs.799 in pubg mobile. Money from my bank account has been deducted. But i haven't received any uc in pubg mobile. The transaction date is 15/01/2019. Reference number is igafeocsx1. The amount has been transferred to inb times of money. Please resolve this. Rs.799 isn't a small amount to loose. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I purchased 180 uc from in app purchases in pubg via SBI internet banking but didnt the uc and it showed me error "failed to purchase".
