I gave my company vehicle for 2nd service which suppose to happen after 40000 kms on 15th at laxmi motors. The vehicle ka03ad9765 (Model no pro1049) is registered on burrito restaurants pvt. Ltd. When i gave for servicing there was no issue with the vehicle but after the servicing i got my vehicle on 16th and i found that it has started omitting the smoke. I took it back to service center next day on 18th. I told my issue but service manager said that there is a issue with the filter which needs to be changed. I got agreed on that and the filter was been changed but after that the vehicle was not getting started. Which was even been seen by the service supervisor. Later he checked and said the switch got burnt. I approved to change the switch too. But still the issue was not been resolved as the vehicle got stopped mid of the way. I called them back and they sent the mechanic to the spot. Mechanic said that the switch got burnt again. But somehow he started the vehicle and told that the switch will be changed at devanahalli branch. When i went there my vehicle was been kept by the manager and he started asking 800 rs as labour charges. I gave and took my vehicle back. He actually lied to me because i did not have cash so why i was been told that the problem will be rectified as soon as i will reach to the branch but it was a trap to take the money. Next day i took my vehicle to yashwantpur branch sri laxmi motors. They said the pump has gone and will charge me 45000 inclusive of labor charge.
Help me in that case as there was no issue with the vehicle before the service but later on many issues arise.
