This is regarding that i have ordered product from flipkart having id FMPP[protected] which is to be delivered on 01/12/2025 but till now its has not been delivered and the delivery person has blocked by number bcz of which i m unable to contact that person, since morning i m trying his number but the number is blocked, and the contact pin of delivery partner is 121.
the same delivery partner also misguided us regarding ekart logistic id FMPP[protected], by saying tell the otp he will reschedule the delivery but after giving otp that otp was used regarding the cancellation and then i called that number but afterwards he blocked my number.
my concern is that this type of delivery partner behaviour is not good and my funds was blocked 2 times as i have to place the new order again.
i want to take strict action against the inappropriate behaviour of the delivery partner Was this information helpful? |
