Ekart Logistics — Complain for Delivery Boy

I want to make a complaint for one of the Delivery boy from your courier that work in 7th Mile Upper Shillong, East Khasi Hills District - 793005 Meghalaya, Shillong. His name was Name Sunn, he's the delivery boy that most of the people of village of Mawngap - 793121 they face problem that he always refuse and denied to make a home delivery, he always ask me or them to come and pick up from where he was and also he always use to put the package in someone Grocery store and ask us to go and pick up from that. This is not the first time that I complained about him. Please take some action for him ASAP.
