I have placed an order from flipkart and due to the Size issue I was raised return on 18th may as flipkart promise Date they should pickup on 23rd may till now ekart logistics didn't send any update regarding pickup today is June 2nd they are updating in flipkart as they are out for pickup but they are not coming they are telling as unforseen issue itseems

Very bad service they can pickup from 500090 in flipkart it was showing...

Delayed delivery no response

The delivery is already delayed 12 days i placed another order day before yesterday by paying in full pre- paid connected the delivery person he said will deliver you by today EOD. And did not show up and now not receiving call as well.

Ekart delivery

Today delivery boy came to my place after many calls to him in an arrogant and rude behavior. When I asked him to deliver my item and take replacement then he refuse to give order and take replacement. Replacement was in proper condition according to ekart return policy. Non delivery of parcels at given address

Address: Village upper Tatahar, Chamyanu road, PO Nabahi, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. PIN-, 175024

One of parcel received for delivery at sarkaghat is not being delivered at given address by delivery boy with the reason that he can not deliver the exchanged item to me because the address does not fall at the Highway and is situated on local road. I may inform that that the local road is fit for running Government vehicles and only one km away frim National Highway....

Returning the product and refund related

Sir, I have been delivered with a fake product (which I came to know once after paying the COD amount and opening the parcel).
I wanted to return the courier that is delivered to me via EKart Logistics Surface via AWB#: SRTC[protected].
Have tried calling several times to the In-charge and they never responds back.
Kindly help me in returning the courier/ parcel and get me the refund of the amount that was paid....

Package to be delivered in same city misrouted 5 times in a week

The package (SRTP[protected]) was picked up on the 10 of March from the seller and I was given an estimated delivery date of 11th March.

Customer service

Ekart is the worst courier service ever. The customer care doesn't answer to calls, neither reply to emails. The product i ordered was returned back because Ekart felt lazy to reach me citing address problem which the address was perfectly fine. And the worst part was the delivery agents at Ekart, kohima, Nagaland are extremely rude. So it will be good if the courier service stops operating. The customer are facing unnecessary harrasment....

Product not received due to OTP problem

I am unable to receive otp from ekart side on my myntra order
Order ID # 1230755 [protected], tracking number MYNP[protected]
The delivery personnel has tried multiple times.The registered number[protected] is already active and also has received previous sms from ekart but not received the otp for this order otp despite multiple tries.

Please help on this other wise the order will get cancelled....

I had couriered a package from Mumbai to Karnataka. I am the seller. The package was COD. The buyer received the package but your courier guy marked it as undelivered, took the money and kept with him. Also he asked the customer to remove the sticker which has the details and the AWB number so i can’t file any complain. The customer had no idea about it and give the sticker unknowning.

Items were different than ordered

We have ordered 3 casual t-shirts and selected COD as payment type in a third party application . Ekart was the shipping and delivery for the third party application .
