I have been a Flipkart Plus member for the last few years and recently I ordered a "Status Quo" on Shopsy (Order ID - OD[protected] on12th April 2023 at my office address. Refer attached file.
It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 15th April 2023. Being a weekly off I was not in the office. Delivery person from ekat called me for OTP. I gave it to him with the expectation that he would handover the packet to our security person, however the Ekat delivery person didn't deliver it and without making the delivery he went from outside.
We have installed security cameras at our office entrance. No person came from Ekat on 15th April for the delivery.
Ekart tracking id was FMPP[protected].
Please look into it and help me in this case with either refund or supply.
Also, please find out who was assigned to make this delivery and whether he delivered the packet or not. If delivered where & to whom did he deliver it.
