Ekart Logistics — Complaint against ekart delivery boy

Yesterday near about 4.30pm or 5.00pm ekart delivery came to my house for delivered the noise smart watch in my absence and call me for recieve the parcel but i'm not at home that time. My family member came out the house for parcel but delivery boy did not hand over the parcel and talking very rudely my family call me and i talk to him (Delivery boy) and i said to him open firstly on front of my family and then after our satisfaction we will paid full amount coz company messaged us for open box delivery in front of coustomer if product ok then pay with otp but he's not willing to do as company policy to open the parcel and argument with lady and misbehaved with lady. If we said we will field a complaint against with you and he behaved rudely and asked us do what you want i never care and last he's gone and abusing in front of our house and lady coustomer. I want to action for delivery boy now.

Where is my order? Where is your delivery boy?

I got a call for prepaid order and I
asked the delivery man to kindly leave it in the shop near my house because
was out of town. I trust the shop keeper and since I had to wait for a long time for the order to restock, I did not want to cancel my order. He said he will do it and he will call after some time for otp. I waited for his call the whole day but he did not call. In the evening around 6 pm he called me and suddenly started saying "give me the cancelation code, I will cancel your order" I was surprised.
As a customer, isn't it my right to decide whether I want to cancel my order or not? I said to him politely that ! had asked him to leave it in the shop nearby but he said he did not because he does not trust the customer. That I will blame him afterwards. Then I said that I will not blame him for anything because I genuinely respect his job. I am a grown up person living in 21st century and i am well aware that serving the public is not an easy job, its harder than all of our jobs but he started to talk about his salary. I told him that it his his personal information and I did not wish to know that but then he started asking me about my job. I felt like he was questioning my character. When I asked him the reason why he cannot deliver my order, he said 'because I don't want to" I tried to understand him and told him whether I could have anyone else's number so that they can deliver my order but then he started saying that I can call the CEO and all and he will resign from tomorrow. At this point I thought he was drunk because he said it in a very rude manner. He further started saying that I work a government job so I would not understand even when I tried to understand him and spoke to him politely. He said he is going to cancel my order on his own and I can do anything I want. Never in my whole life I had come across this kind of behaviour. This is not the first time. I don't know if I should blame the company Ekart or the person's character but please Ekart do not
hired these kind of staffs. We don't order things so that we have to face this kind of behaviour.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE WAY THE STAFF TALK TO THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE take strict actions. This staff is from the gangtok branch. I understand that he didn't want to leave the order because he has had a bad experience with the other customers but he should know that all the customers are not the same. He should not judge the customer, it is disrespectful or he should not have agreed to deliver it in the first place. Why call and say that he will deliver but then again refrain from his words? I have lost the trust. I no longer trust Ekart. If the customer service continues this way and if you do not wish to improve then please withdraw from all online platforms because of these kind of behaviour from your staff's, other online services/platforms are getting bad reviews. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION and if you need the phone number of the delivery staffs then I have it.
