Hi Ekart, I ordered a Dr. Sheth product on 25 March 2026, and it is unacceptable that it has still not been delivered. This delay is highly irresponsible, and I have received no proper update from your side. Your service is extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate explanation for this delay and prompt delivery of my order without any further excuses. I am writing to report an issue with my recent shipment. According to your tracking system, the package reached Jaipur on June 9, 2026, but I have not received it.
