Â The following shipment was about to deliver yesterday and delivery person called me last evening i was logged out from office and i asked him to hand over to security person but this delivery guy asked me OTP i gave him OTP Â and same time security person was in 3rd floor till the security person came down this person escaped .

Pls help me to deliver this product. Â I have CCTV Footage also...

This is regarding that i have ordered product from flipkart having id FMPP[protected] which is to be delivered on 01/12/2025 but till now its has not been delivered and the delivery person has blocked by number bcz of which i m unable to contact that person, since morning i m trying his number but the number is blocked, and the contact pin of delivery partner is 121.

the same delivery partner also misguided us regarding ekart...

Till now my order has not been picked up from the website even though I have received 3 messages for pickup from Ekart. I watched it ad multiple times on instagram, so I ordered from this site. I received a text for tacking my parcel from ParcelX and Ekart.
I received my order from ekart.
I paid in UPI on delivery.
Now the order I received is completely different and one pair of jeans and one men's pants. I ordered 3 women jeans.
There is no option to raise a complaint...

The product delivered to us was not ordered by us, and the person who accepted the order was not aware that the product was not ordered by us.

The product is a scam product as the description is something else and the product inside the packaging is something else. There's no name of the company from where this product has come

Kindly issue a return and a refund too.
