I need to file a complaint against the delivery agent of Ekart logistic s neral area, the person not delivered the product at particular address they kept the product at ground floor and my address is on second floor, always he does the same. if we pay full amount of product and delivery so why we are not getting full service. today incident happened is i have return product he called me and said keep product at ground floor. if i will pay full amount of service we need to proper service.
