My order was scheduled for delivery on 26.03.2026, but it was not delivered.
The status has been wrongly updated as “customer requested to change delivery date, ” which is incorrect.
I did not make any such request.
Kindly deliver my order immediately and take action against the delivery executive....

Hello, I have a complaint regarding the product delivery. The product came home, up it had someone else's package inside and not ours. It was a big and light package at first, with my credentials on the cover. But when I opened it, it had another box, which again had another package with the name Binali, and the address of the product was given Chhattisgarh, inside that package was a pair of men's cargo pants. I placed an order on Flipkart (Tracking ID: IN[protected]). The order has gone out for delivery multiple times but was not delivered. The delivery agent calls but does not speak, and when I try to call back, the number provided is always busy.

This issue has happened repeatedly on multiple days. I was available at my address during all delivery attempts, but the order was still marked as unsuccessful.

Ekart agent is not taking my calls and not coming to take y return package without a reason. the myntra has already approved the return package but their ekart agent is not coming to take that retun package while i am getting daily messages that agent will come to take that retrun package.
when i called him he is not attending any calls from my side.
this is so irritating for me....

Your delivery agent[protected] was supposed to deliver a flipkart item shoe stand by 11 pm on 21-03-26 at dumka 814110 jatapara, leto but agent was rushing to home before the delivery and saying that it will be delivered tomorrow asking for the code . Utterly disappointed by the service 😡😡😡😡...

Hello,
I had a return scheduled to be picked up today from Myntra. But the delivery person didn't call, neither pickup upy return product and mentioned unsuccessful. Can you please explain why have I received such a message when I haven't received any call from the delivery person?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my delivery (Tracking ID: REWP[protected]).

The package was supposed to be delivered on 27-Feb-2026. However, without any actual delivery attempt, the status was falsely updated as “attempted delivery.” This is completely unacceptable. No one contacted me, no one visited my address, and yet the system reflects an attempt was made.

After that, the status was changed...

Ekart delivery partner took 500 rupees in the name of cod by delivering a product that i didn't ordered and the product is delivered to my address and name without my consent .As I didn't ordered anything and your fraud partner took 500 as cash on delivery by misguiding us so try to refund my amount as soon as possible...

A parcel was sent in my name to my parent's house stating that I have sent the parcel. He took the 660 rupees cod amount from them saying the parcel was cod item. I didnot send any such parcel from my end.
Also this morning I had received an official message from ekart stating the delivery.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue asap....

I have requested my NRI account cheque book from ICICI bank and they opted to deliver it via Ekart logistics. On the attempt of delivery, an OTP was required but they are unable to send an OTP on international number. Give, it is an NRI account it is obvious that I am not having an Indian number so either EKART should have this service where OTP can be sent to an international number or should not take the job...

Regarding AWB NO: JIFC[protected]

I received the above-referenced COD parcel.
However, it appears that I did not order this item. As I was not at home at the time of delivery, a family member made the payment and accepted the package on my behalf.

Could you please provide me with the sender's details? I would like to contact them to arrange for a return and a refund of the payment made.
