Hi, I had initiated a return for a t-shirt purchased from Myntra, and the pickup was scheduled for October 5th. The delivery agent collected the item on that date, but failed to mark it as picked up in the system. As a result, Myntra now claims they haven’t received the product. Item was not delivered or dispatched it’s been 10 days item was supposed to be delivered on 3-October-2025 but today is 6-October-2025. One and only worst delivering partner is flipkart from now on I won’t order any product through flipkart. Very worst and bad customer support and service I would rate flipkart -5 start. Ekart delivery boy name as hrishikesh mande is an arogant person seems he is not in need for that job..he didnot deliverd the order on time and talked very arogantly that if you want the order then come to the spot where is was.....

Our consignment number GSLP[protected] should have been delivered by 14th September 2025. The tracking history shows repeated back-and-forth movement of the parcel between Ballabhgarh & Faridabad. The Customer Care number is switched off. We are not able to receive what is ours and there is no answer from anyone....

I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received my parcel, which was ordered through Flipkart and is scheduled to be delivered by Ekart Logistics. The tracking details are as follows:

Despite the expected delivery timeline, the parcel has not been delivered to me, and there has been no update regarding its status. Additionally,...

I placed an order for a Zeel raincoat through the official Zeel website (Order ID: 215798, Logistics Order ID: ILSP[protected]). I received a call from a delivery person who asked for an OTP before delivering the item. Since I had not received the product, I did not provide the OTP. The delivery person then informed me that the item was cancelled due to this.

However, upon tracking the order, the status showed that it was scheduled...

They called me one time, I didn't attend the call.
But again I called 5 times, they didn't attend, but coming as speaking to someone else again he didn't called me.
Atlast after one hour, he called me and asked to travel around 1 km to receive the order.
Worst delivery company I have ever seen....

I ordered airtel prepaid sim from airtek thanks app and it is coming with your services a call recived on 12/08/2025 from ekart delivery boy asking where to delever the order and after that no call and no messages there was no update till 14/08/2025 and order status is that order not yet out of deliver i have not much time to wait for it i am going out of time and delayed this much i am wating for the order since 5 days

I am raising an urgent complaint regarding my Ekart delivery.

Order Date: [Sun, 3rd Aug '25]
Marked Delivery Date: [Thu, 7th Aug '25]

The shipment status shows “Delivered, ” but I have not received the package. I have checked with neighbors and building security, but no delivery was made to me.

I have tried contacting Ekart via:
• Emails ([protected]@ekartcourier.com, [protected]@ekartlogistics.com) – undeliverable.
• Phone numbers – not connecting.
• Website – no working support option.

This is a serious issue and suggests either a delivery error or possible package misplacement.

I request:
1. Immediate investigation and proof of delivery (POD) with receiver’s signature or delivery photo.
2. Clear explanation of where my package is.
3. Urgent resolution and delivery of my order or a refund confirmation.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond promptly.

My parcel is being sent here and there for 10 days. It has not been sent to me yet....

I ordered Borosil lunch box sets (two sets of 4 tiffins)which was prepaid, i was at office when delivery attempt was made . I asked the executive to give product to my neighbour and shared OTP since i was amidst a work meeting.
When i came back, no delivery was made.
E kart and flipkart both refuse to give me delivery executive’s number...
