Ekart is the worst courier service ever. The customer care doesn't answer to calls, neither reply to emails. The product i ordered was returned back because Ekart felt lazy to reach me citing address problem which the address was perfectly fine. And the worst part was the delivery agents at Ekart, kohima, Nagaland are extremely rude. So it will be good if the courier service stops operating. The customer are facing unnecessary harrasment.

Today a delivery boy from ekart, kohima had charged me 50rs for delivery at new reserve, main road, check post, kohima . When i refused to pay the charges, he told me to collect the parcel from the office itself if not paid and told me that evryone pays 50rs charges . And so as i didn't pay him, i didn't get the parcel.

If the charges was of 10rs or 20rs then it was quite okay but 50rs for evry package that gets delivered in my locality is too much .
