Ekart Logistics — deficiency of service and breach of delivery commitment

Subject: Delivery Delay and Deficiency of Service

Sir/Madam,

I hereby state that regarding the unreasonable and unjustified delay in delivery of my order (Order IDs :OD[protected] & OD[protected], placed on your platform based on the assured delivery date displayed at the time of purchase.

Despite clear commitments, the product has not been delivered within
the promised timeline. The delivery date has been repeatedly extended
without valid explanation. Multiple follow-ups with your customer
support have failed to provide a concrete resolution or
accountability.

ekart logistics actions constitute breach of contractual obligation and “deficiency in service” under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Displaying assured delivery timelines and failing to honor them
amounts to an unfair trade practice, causing mental harassment,
inconvenience, and loss of time.

Therefore, I hereby demand:

A written explanation for the delay.
