Ekart Logistics — Delay in delivery by ekart Kukatpally hub Hyderabad

I purchased a phone on 4th August 2022 from Flipkart. My phone reached at my nearest hub(Kukatpally Hyderabad) on 11th August and my delivery date was same but they didn't deliver on same day. When I checked on website it shows your product will deliver on 13th August but it didn't delivered on that day then I talked with Flipkart customer support they assured me that your product will deliver on before 15th August as I hope it didn't. Now they say we in touch with our courier partner and your problem will resolve before 18th August. I don't know what to do I purchased this phone my dad for first time. Kukatpally hub didn't give any reason why product can't be delivered or why it's late and I also I can't not find it's address or contact number. My patience at my limit. Please ekart logistics improve your service and customer support and resolve my problem asap.

Ekart service is not delivering orders .with within the time and also there are no customer service numbers for that ekart.
I have received the wrong product
Ekart and the Flipkart the worst service and the worst e-commerce site, that's why you can't grow any more, we don't need the Amazon is way best cause they give perfect time of delivery whatever if there are very rare Chances that a product from Amazon gets delayed, I order a smart watch for my dad from Flipkart the site shows that if you buy this within 2 hours then you will get free delivery by tomorrow 11 am and I am waiting it's been more then 8 days but the order is still not out for delivery, I have already raised a compliant against the Flipkart on consumer form, and even agar abhi nahi kuch hua I know ke kise g**** Marni hai
I purchased a phone on 16th october 2023 from Flipkart. My phone reached at my nearest hub(Kukatpally Hyderabad) on 18 th october and my delivery date was same but they didn't deliver on same day. When I checked on website it shows your product will deliver on 21st October I talked with Flipkart customer support they don't have any reason why order is delayed and dont have any information and they are saying they will try to delivery on 21st ' what is try why they dont deliver next day, they dont have any answr for this, the worst service by flipkart, i have asked the nearest hub location they are denaying to say, if the tracking is true what is the issue to share nearest delivery hub location .
