My order was scheduled to be delivered on 21st October. It was going great but guess what, the delivery boy was not in a mood to deliver so he said that he won't deliver and I will get the order by the next day. The next day, I tried 20-25 calls to the delivery executive but he didn't pick up. And when he did, he said he won't be able to deliver today and I can get my order the next day.
Now, today is the third day and still my order is not out for delivery. I mean it seems like Ekart is run by its delivery boys. There is no one to say anything to them and the company is just running somehow.
My order was prepaid and it seems like now I don't have any option but to wait. Ekart doesn't even have any customer care number and Flipkart doesn't give any number of them.
So, I don't know what to do. I wanted my order urgently and now it's the third day I am waiting for it despite it being in my city.
I request Ekart to show some professionalism and be responsible for the customers who are responsible to run their company.
If Ekart's delivery boys can't take the pain of delivering my product to my home, or they are too busy (doing god knows what), at least let me know the address of Ekart hub so that I can go and take it myself.
