Ekart Logistics — Delay in delivery order

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order, which has been marked as "Out for Delivery" for the last 8 days but has still not been delivered.
Additionally, the delivery executive's contact number provided in the tracking details is either unreachable or not contactable, making it impossible for me to get any update on the status of my shipment.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and the lack of communication from the delivery team is unacceptable. I request you to investigate this matter urgently and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest. Kindly provide an update on the current status of my shipment and the expected delivery date.

Today is the 8th day and still my order is not deliver. And their backhend team working but they are unsuccessful to resolve my concern. They extended the deadline.
