The package (KRTP[protected]) was picked up on the 5 of April from the seller (MUMBAI) and I was given an estimated delivery date of 7th March. (AHMEDNAGAR)
While tracking my order on Shiprocket and then on the Ekart website I noticed that the package was misrouted. On 6th March it was updated that the package was being sent to the Ekart Mother hub of PUNE. I assumed that it would be then redirected to the correct hub near the delivery address. However, it was sent back to the wrong Ekart hub- AURANGABAD and later sent back to the Ekart Motherhub PUNE. This back-and-forth has happened 11 (ELEVEN) times in the last week and my package has been severely delayed.
I have been speaking to the shiprocket. They are also unsure why the package is being misrouted numerous times when all the delivery information is correctly mentioned.
THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH ECART COUSTOMER CARE AS NONE OF THEIR NUMBERS ARE WORKING- EMAIL IDS ARE INCORRECT.
Please have my package delivered to me on priority. If you can't deliver a package, then at least send it back to the origin rather than have it be moved numerous times between hubs and increase the risk of damage to the package. Was this information helpful? |
