My name is Abhishek Verma and I am here to inform you that in my area pin code 262901, EKART CENTRE GOLA GOKARANNATH your delivery team is doing delivery frauds in very large amount all the delivery boys along with your centre manager performing large amount of frauds.
Therefore, In my case i have ordered medicines from flipkart health on (24/11/23) which was delivered to me on 26/11/23 and this was a COD order of rupees 2972 which i have paid to your delivery boy ( RAVI SHUKLA [protected]) on Google Pay at the time of delivery and today i got a message from flipkart health that the ordered was not delivered and is cancelled which i have already received on 26/11/23.
Therefore, I am here to inform you that your delivery team in my area of GOLA GOKARANNATH is doing fraud and performing misleading activities to the customers.
They do these kinds of frauds with COD type orders, especially, they take cash or online transfers from the customers at the time of delivery and after that they make their own packages with different items and return them back to the sellers.And enjoys all the payments themselves.
