Sir/Madam,
I have ordered the medicine online from Sitaram Ayurveda on 22nd June, 2025 vide Order #48700 dated[protected] and tracking Id is NMBP[protected]. It was supposed to deliver by 01st July, 2025. But, I have not received it so far. It is with Nimbuspost (EKart delivery partner).
I have contacted support and customer care people. Every time I speak to them, they are simply cutting the sorry figure and saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. But, this is not getting resolved.
The tracking page (https://sitaramtracking.odrtrk.live/trk/NMBP[protected]) shows that the delivery was attempted on 26th June, 2025 and 30th June, 2025 but I have not received any call in this regard. It looks like they are updating it with false status and misguiding the customers. Moreover, the is being moved between multiple delivery hubs. No contact information/address is provided to reach/visit them personally to pick the package.
As mentioned above, this consignment contains medicine and it is very very urgently needed by patient, it is creating a lot of mental tension to everyone in the family including the patient. Patient is unable to walk and suffering a lot.
I am attaching the screenshots of the communications happened with them for your reference please. I am also attaching the screenshots of the status of the order from beginning to till date.
