Today delivery boy came to my place after many calls to him in an arrogant and rude behavior. When I asked him to deliver my item and take replacement then he refuse to give order and take replacement. Replacement was in proper condition according to ekart return policy. When I asked him to call him to manager of Aligarh ekart hub he also refuse it.
