I ordered a Mobile Phone (Samsung Galaxy F41) on dated 07th May 2021

By Seller : True Com Retail, and same Delivery should be on 10th of May 2021.
Order reached my home on 09th May and I called delivery boy to I’m not available right now you may please delivery my product on next day as per scheduled (NOTE : when I have called delivery boy on his mobile (+91 [protected]) his was standing outside of my home) on that phone he is agree to deliver my product on The Next day and then next day (on Monday to Wednesday) I have frequently call and make chat with flipkart for delivery of my ordered product and suddenly on 12th May 2021 midnight 04 o’clock I have receive Mailed and SMS by Flipkart showing the reason that The item has been cancelled by the seller as their courier service provider could not reach you despite multiple attempts.
This is totally rubbish and irregularity by Ekart Service Jamnagar Gujrat, They were lying. We didn't receive any phone call from any courier agent, even we haven't received any message regarding delivery failure. I would like to take action on Flipkart. We book this Mobile Phone.
Hence I am requesting you to please take action on your Jamnagar Ekart Agency and also that delivery boy as they refuse to delivered order and cancel order to such kind of Irrespective activity at the Customers. I would like to file a CD case on Flipkart and Ekart with the evidences.
