[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Ekart Perambra Hub , Fraudulent Activities

This is Related to One of the Very Serious issue against Ekart Hub in Kerala ( Location Perambra 673525 Kozhikode District, Kerala )

The Incident Starting From 25th of May 2022 .

i have One Order From Flipkart During Delivery of this Product Elart wish master throw the box to Floor and its Brocken, so ultimately i got a
damaged product . so i raised a return request along with that i have given a complaint against delivery person .

After 25th of May 2022 My shipments are blocking these Hub people . why because i have given a complaint against delivery boy and now they are threating that if i withdraw the complaint then only
they will think about to deliver the Pending Shipments and Future shipments .

My Rerun request also they are cancelling without even coming to the location they are canceling and all other delivery items they are transferring to previous hub

Daily i am Getting Lots of Random Call from Hub People, i cant handle their torture

i have raised very big serious issues like below, so now these ekart hub people are Disturbing Like Anything

1. Tearing Grocery Packages
2. Selling Cancelled Product in Local Market
3. Without Delivering Product they took product to home and deliver next day with Suspicious package
4. damage the grocery package
5. Purposefully making leakage to the drinking items
6. Tearing and take of Dry Fruits Etc

Issue is Not Resolved . No One Called me After 25th of May No Delivery Happened Hub Manager Saying that if i withdraw Complaint against Delivery boy then only they will deliver the products

Hello, My Name is Manjesh From Doddaballapur (Banglore Rural District), I booked one Mobile phone From the Unknown Person through Whatsapp Chat with a Price of 5000 Rs (500 Rs advance given + 4500 Paid to ekart service for COD) that parcel is Delivered by EKART Service, But seller sended a another product(Power Bank) instead of My order(phone) Now they are not responding to me, so Plase Help me by Refunding my Money.i also contacted the Nearest EKART office thats in Doddaballapur on 28-06-22, they also taken all Photos and they said ok we will inform to the EKART Head office they will call u to enquiry about this issue, but iam waiting from almost 6 days no calls came. so please take any action about this issue immediately. I attached all Documents regarding this Shopping. please refund my amount 4500/-, my phone pay number: [protected]
