I bought a product from flipkart, but I got a product of bigger size. I asked for an exchange and it was granted by flipkart company, telling that the ekart representative will collect it from me. But on that particular date I receive a response message from ekart telling that pickup has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. The company didn't contact me, and I haven't cancelled my request. I tried again by giving an exchange request in flipkart but the same thing happened for the second time too. Flipkart gives a 30days replacement guarantee. But ths logistics team (ekart logistics ernakulam) doesnt corporate with it i hope. do the needful. Thank you.
