Ekart Logistics — Fitted double bedsheet

Greetings

I have been purchasing items online on frequent intervals.
i was happy shopping online on flipkart .but recently on 2 occasions the experience is not that good .
yesterday recieved my order, the fitted double bedsheet.
I have ordered for an elastic fitted bedsheet with 2 pillow covers free ( 1+1 offer)
Yesterday the delivery boy brought 2 pkts and said one only for me and I paid Rs. 899/-and other one he cancelled.
on opening the pack I found a plain bedsheet one pc only.
NO PILLOW COVERS .NO OFFER GIVEN.
MOREOVER THIS ITEM IS NOT WHICH I ORDERED.
Hence I wanted to return the item and get a refund.

But in the app this item is not shown in the orders.
secondly tried contacting customer care but unable to.so many calls I made but only recorded messages and sent link by message
that link not working.
Again I spoke to one of your employees, Rahul Kumar Verma Sr.Executive id 2453309
he asked me to come on whatsapp call and asked me to share the screen
how can he enter into my gadget which is a breach of privacy.

I am unable to sort this,

Can you please instruct your team to refund the amount I paid to the source account immediately and sort out this issue.
