I have visited to your courier partner office at ntex transportation ser pvt ltd, lane no 7a, vidyanagar, tingare nagar pune 411032, my courier available with them but they are not delivering, i have visited them for 5-6 times in last week, they are giving me reason that runsheet not getting created and mail has been initiated for the same. Now my order available with them and i and visiting regular basis for delivery.
I am not able to understand i have given order.. I have paid full amount... I am waiting since long timewith petiens... I am taking followup from my side... But no one resolving problem. I am feeling like i have take nonsence decision by purchasing product from flipkat...
Flipkart mobile application showing me 19th june 2020 as promise date (4th time date get changed), call center peoples tell me to wait untill 7.00pm on promise date.
Product is in front of me while visiting to courier office every day but due to system issue they are not able to give me delivery. I am taking followup of everyone instead of satisfactory solution from flipkart/ekart.
Please help me get out of it... I am loosing my petiens now, and suffering a lot due to unavalibility of my phone. Please sort this on high priority.
