Dear Team, I received a fake COD order of ₹700 from a merchant named Trendystyle today 16th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. I was supposed to get the same amount of COD order from Flipkart today but, mistakenly I got this fake order. I thought that was the Flipkart order as Ekart was the logistics partner but, I was wrong. Need resolution ASAP. Merchant: TRS Tracking ID: TRSC[protected] Was this information helpful? Happened with me today too. Received information about a COD Parcel from the same merchant. Was fishy when i saw the inconsistencies in address and also i never order a COD courier. Ekart supporting such fake malpractices is horrible.
