Ekart Logistics — Illegal Fraud delivery

A parcel was sent in my name to my parent's house stating that I have sent the parcel. He took the 660 rupees cod amount from them saying the parcel was cod item. I didnot send any such parcel from my end.
Also this morning I had received an official message from ekart stating the delivery.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.
